はコレクタの外周フインを示す。なお、図中、同
一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示す。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個のコレクタからなる多段コレクタ形電子
    ビーム管において、コレクタ各段とコレクタ外套
    容器とはセラミツク絶縁体で支持され、その間を
    絶縁性液体により絶縁及び熱の除去を行なうこと
    を特徴とする多段コレクタ形電子ビーム管。
