Abstract

PURPOSE:To hold a whole temperature, including the temperature of a gas device placed on a top plate, at a reduced value, by a method wherein the air around a heating chamber is covered with a casing, and the circumference of a chimney is covered so as to serve as the extension of the casing to form an exhaust cylinder through which the heated air is exhausted. CONSTITUTION:Separately from a main waste gas port 25, an auxilairy waste gas passage 30 is communicated with an upper surface wall 24 of a heating chamber 23. When a device is used as a gas heater, a part of hot blast waste gas in the heating chamber 23 passes through th auxiliary waste gas passage 30, and when the device is used as an electronic oven, the air, which cooled a magnetron 34, passes in a condition to contain steam produced from an object to be heated, not shown. Since exhaust gas in the heating chamber is collected in one place and is exhausted through an exhaust duct from an exhaust cylinder, a high temperature is hard to leak to the outside, and this enables a device to be held at a low temperature. Hot blast around the heating chamber and the air, which cooled the magnetron, are gathered and exhausted from an exhaust port through the circumferences of the exhust cylinder, resulting in prevention of leak of a secondary high temperature and in maintenance of the device at a ow temperature.

When the heating cooker 1 at the bottom of the appliance is used as a gas oven, the cooling fan 4 located in the space 3 also rotates in conjunction with the drive of the convection fan 2 inside the refrigerator. As this cooling fan rotates 40 times, outside air is actively taken in from the air supply 1'' 6, and sufficient combustion air is supplied to the oven gas burner 6, ensuring more complete combustion, and the wind from the cooling fan 4 Temperature rises of various electrical control parts including the magnetron TIth are suppressed, resulting in stable operation of the equipment. In addition, the wind that has cooled the electrical control components is also affected by the draft effect of the exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust stack 8, cools the partition plate 9 and the exhaust stack 8, rises toward the exhaust port 10, and is discharged from the exhaust stack 8. It mixes with the exhaust gas and is discharged from the exhaust port 10 to the outside of the device. Exhaust gas discharged from the exhaust port 1o is discharged from the upper opening 11 of the exhaust pipe 8 at an angle slightly toward the front of the device as indicated by arrow a in the drawing.

However, in this type, the air around the heating chamber is discharged around the exhaust pipe 80, but since it is not distinguished from the cooling fan's intake port, the cooling effect is poor and the temperature of the outer panel of the appliance tends to rise. . Furthermore, there was no top plate, etc., and although it was divided by a partition plate 9, no consideration was given to air insulation, so too much heat was trapped.

Structure of the Invention One of the major differences in the structural components of the exhaust section of the present invention, which achieves the above objectives, is that the air around the heating chamber is wrapped in a box, and the hot air is then wrapped around the chimney as an extension of the box and exhausted. A cylinder is used, and air from the top plate is passed between the exhaust pipe and the back plate.
