When putting the packing in, it is a place that gets very hot after all.
Asbestos, asbestos, etc. must be used, which is costly and requires the use of twice or three times during service or repair.
When the gauge was removed, it became brittle and had to be replaced with a new one, and when it was replaced, a lot of powder came out, making cleaning up difficult.

Also, if you increase the number of screws or perform spot welding,
This has disadvantages in that work efficiency deteriorates and it takes too much time to remove the circulation fan during service or repair.

That is, the air in the heating chamber 2 flows into the compartment 16 through the suction port 20.
The air that entered the compartment 16 is heated by the heater 17 and turned into hot air, which is blown out into the heating chamber 2 through the outlet 21 and placed on the saucer 9 rotating inside the heating chamber 2. The heated object 22 is heated and cooked.

As shown in FIG. 3, the saucer 9 consists of a food placing table 23 made of a metal plate and a support plate 24 made of a metal plate. The food placing table 23 and the support plate 24 are made of small metal plates or rods. Since they are connected by the formed legs 25, the hot air blown out from the air outlet 21 below the food placement table 23 goes around the bottom of the food placement table 23 and enters the suction port 20, so the food placement table 23 is one piece. It heats up evenly and allows you to brown the heated item.

On the other hand, the flange portion 46 of the diaphragm plate 15 that contacts the heating chamber rear wall 19 is on the same plane, and the left and right flange portions in Fig. a have a step T.
The screws 47 are used to tighten the upper and lower flanges in Figure b, and the screws are not tightened at the upper and lower flanges shown in Figure b, only so that they abut on the same plane for a length t.

In addition, in the above explanation, the screws were not tightened on the top and bottom, but on the left and right sides.
It goes without saying that it is the same even if you do not tighten the screws on the left and right sides.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the following effects can be expected.

(1) Since there is a step t of about 0.3 to 0.5 where screws are tightened, not only do the screw tightened parts come in close contact with each other, but also the flange parts where screws are not tightened. Since they are pulled into close contact with each other, there is no air leakage during hot air circulation, making it possible to create an efficient heating cooker.

In particular, in the lower part, the gap is usually narrow and the screws must be tightened at a point one distance back by the diaphragm plate 15, which is extremely difficult to do, and with the present invention, screws can be tightened only on the left and right sides.

Therefore, it is economical to use a thinner metal plate than in the past, and has a smaller heat capacity, allowing the temperature inside the heating chamber to rise more easily.

Further, since the step T is provided and the screws are tightened, a force is applied to the rear wall of the heating chamber in an inward direction of the heating chamber, and a force is applied to the case forming the compartment in an outward direction.

Therefore, even if it is slightly deformed, the gap between it and the circulation fan rotating inside the compartment will not become smaller, and there is no need to worry about it touching or making noise.

In addition, there is a button at the rear of the rear wall of the heating chamber when the circulation fan rotates, so there was a risk that the rear wall of the heating chamber would become sticky at high temperatures and come into contact with the circulation fan. All sorts of dangers will be eliminated.
