Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a complex heating cooking apparatus capable of simultaneous heat-cooking foods with good efficiency by separating air passages so that air flowing by a cooling fan of a high-frequency oscillator and air flowing by a hot air circulation do not mix with each other within a heating chamber, and providing an electric heater outwardly of the air flow passage of the hot air circulation fan. CONSTITUTION:Air heated by an air heater 4 is converted into hot air by a hot air fan 5, and enters into an oven 1 through exhaust ports 20, 21 and 22 provided at both left and right sides of a rear wall of the oven 1 and flows along the side wall and bottom wall. then, hot air hits against a door and converts its flow direction at an angle of 180 deg.C, and then counterflows through the central part within the oven 1 and returns from a suction hole 23 at the central part of the oven rear wall to the hot air chamber 3. The above circulation of hot air is repeated to increase the temperature within the oven 1 and heat-cook the food. A major part of cooling air from the high frequency oscillator is introduced into the oven 1 through a main suction port provided at the front side upper part of the oven side wall, and flows along the oven side wall, and is exhausted out of the case the rear side upper part of the side wall on the opposite side.

゛ Conventional structure and its problems Conventionally, a combined heating cooker that combines a microwave oven and a hot air circulation oven has either used each function completely separately or programmed sequences in one heating cooking. It was mainly used for cooking, and there was little use for simultaneous cooking, where both acid parts operate at the same time.

This is due to power consumption, and the input current is too large for a normal household 100V power supply, but from 220V to
This simultaneous cooking is possible in Australia, Europe, etc. where 240 ■ power source is available. However, when both functions are operated at the same time, as is well known in the case of microwave ovens, the structure is such that the cooling air from the high-frequency oscillator enters the oven chamber to exhaust the steam generated from the food, and also prevents the door screen from fogging up. Therefore, there is a problem that this cooling air mixes with the circulating hot air, lowering the temperature inside the refrigerator and reducing thermal efficiency. To solve this problem, some methods have been used to use a damper device to prevent the cooling air from the high-frequency heating device from entering the oven chamber during simultaneous cooking, but this method is extremely costly. The disadvantage is that it is expensive.

Structure of the Invention In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a heating chamber, a high frequency oscillator, a fan device for cooling the high frequency oscillator, a fan device for circulating hot air in the heating chamber, a heat source, and an electric heater provided in the heating chamber,
The air passages are separated so that most of the air flowing into the heating chamber by the cooling fan of the high frequency oscillator and the air flowing into the heating chamber by hot air circulation do not mix together in the heating chamber, and the electric heater is operated by the hot air circulation fan. The structure is installed outside the air path, so even if the air from the cooling fan enters the oven during simultaneous cooking, it does not mix with the air from the hot air shield ring, which lowers the internal temperature and improves hot efficiency. At the same time, the electric heater is used to supplementally heat the areas where hot air from the hot air circulation fan does not flow and the temperature is difficult to rise, thereby achieving a uniform temperature throughout the heating chamber.

The air heated by the hot air heater 4 is turned into hot air by the hot air fan 5, enters the oven 1 through the discharge holes 20, 21, and 22 provided on both left and right sides and the bottom of the rear wall of the oven, and blows into the side wall and bottom wall. At this time, since there are no hot air outlet holes in the upper part of the rear wall of the oven, the hot air hardly flows near the upper wall of the oven, and the temperature in this area decreases, but the grill heater 13 installed near the upper wall of the oven By supplying electricity, the temperature inside the oven 1 can be made uniform. - Most of the cooling air from the blade high-frequency oscillator enters the oven l through the main air inlet provided at the front top of the oven side wall, flows approximately diagonally along the oven top wall, and flows toward the back of the opposite side wall. Exhaust air is exhausted from the top. At this time, the steam generated from the cooking food is also exhausted. A part of the cooling air enters through the auxiliary intake port 25 and flows along the lid door surface to prevent the door window from fogging up. Since the air paths inside the oven 1 for most of the cooling air from the high-frequency oscillator and the hot air are separated, the two do not mix inside the oven 1, and therefore the cooling air is kept inside the oven 1. The temperature of the hot air will drop even if the hot air is put into the tank, and the heating efficiency will not deteriorate.

In addition, by installing the grill heater 13 in the cooling air passage, the temperature can be rapidly lowered by the cooling air after the grill heater 13 stops energizing, so even if you forget to take out the food after cooking, It also solves the problem of overcooking due to residual heat.

Furthermore, when cooking with hot air circulation, the temperature inside the oven is normally preheated until it reaches the set temperature, but in order to shorten this preheating time, it is possible to energize the grill heater 13 at the same time only during preheating. If residual heat from the grill heater 13 remains even after starting cooking, an imbalance between the upper and lower heating tends to occur when cooking in two stages at the same time, but the grill heater 13 can be rapidly cooled with cooling air. Depending on the situation, this problem can also be resolved.
