明する説明図、第４図は本考案のコツプ状合成樹脂製多
層容器における外壁部たる第２の合成樹脂層の形成工程
を示す断面図、第５図イは、従来のコツプ状合成樹脂製
多層容器における第１の合成樹脂層の上端面上に形成さ
れる第２の合成樹脂層の樹脂の流れを示す断面説明図、
第５図口及びハは、従来のコツプ状合成樹脂製多層容器
の第１の合成樹脂層の上端面における第１の合成樹脂層
と第２の合成樹脂層との間の不完全な接合状態を示す断
面図である。 １：コツプ状合成樹脂製多層容器、２：底壁部、３：側
壁部、６：底部４と側部５とからなるコツプ状合成樹脂
容器で構成される内壁部たる第１の合成樹脂層、７：第
１の合成樹脂層６における側部５の上端面、８：外壁部
たる第２の合成樹脂層、９：上端面７の内側縁、１０：

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 内壁部たる第１の合成樹脂層と外壁部たる第２の合成樹
    脂層とを有するコツプ状合成樹脂製多層容器において、
    前記第１の合成樹脂層は、底部と、該底部周縁から立ち
    上がっており、かつ、上端面が該上端面内側縁から外側
    縁に向かって下向きに傾斜する傾斜面とされている側部
    とからなるコツプ状合成樹脂容器で構成されており、前
    記第２の合成樹脂層は、前記第１の合成樹脂層を構成し
    ているコツプ状合成樹脂容器における底部中心点の直下
    にゲートを有する射出成形機による射出成形によって、
    前記第１の合成樹脂層の全外側面と側部上端面とを被覆
    するようにして形成されていることを特徴とするコツプ
    状合成樹脂製多層容器。
