It is common to perform a printing process thereon. However, in the undercoating process, it takes 1 to 3 hours for the paint to harden, and the number of coats is also required. The curing time of the lacquer enamel is 1 to 3 hours in the overcoating process, and the curing time of the printing ink in the printing process is 3 to 5 hours, which slows down the entire process. The problem was that it took too much time to improve productivity. In addition, the paint and ink solvent evaporates during each process, which has a negative impact on the human body.
本発明は斯る従来方法の有する欠点を解消し。The present invention overcomes the drawbacks of such conventional methods.

This objective is achieved by applying an overcoating process of coloring or printing with foil.

Examples include acrylates of saturated polyester, epoxy, urethane, polyester, and polybutadiene. The monomers contained in this UV-curable paint are slightly volatile, but after curing, they become part of the structure of the cured product, making them almost non-volatile.Also, they have sufficient durability, making them easy to apply. only needs to be done once. Furthermore, since the curing mechanism is a radical polymerization reaction using ultraviolet rays, the curing time is only several seconds to several minutes.

The heat heel adhesive melts and adheres to the object to be transferred, leaving a base film behind, and is immediately colored and does not require any drying time. If a printing foil is used as the transfer foil, the printing process that is normally performed after the top coating process can be absorbed and completed in one process.
