第2図はこの考案の一実施例を示す図である。
図中、1はレーザ駆動回路、2はレーザ媒質、3は半透
過鏡、4は全反射鏡、5は送信光学系、6a、6bは光
検出器、7a、7bは増幅器、8は受信光学系、9はゲ
ート回路、10は基準クロック発生器、11はカウンタ
回路、12は表示器、13は光検出パルス、14は計数
開始パルス、15は計数停止パルス、16は収束光学系
である。なお図中同一あるいは相当部分には同一の符号

スレーザ光を検出する検出手段としてレーザ媒質をはさ
んで対向して配置された半透過鏡及び全反射鏡と、その
全反射鏡の近傍に位置する収束光学系と、その光学系の
焦点位置に設けられた光検出器とを有することを特徴と
