弁体とを備えた吐出用弁装置とを前記各シリンダ室に対
応してそれぞれ前記各吸込孔及び吐出孔が各シリンダ室
に連通する如く設けると共に、前記シリンダヘッドに、
前記各吸込孔の入口側に位置し、これら各吸込孔に連通
する連通吸込通路と、前記各吐出孔の出口側に位置し、
前記吐出弁体を介して前記各吐出孔に連通する連通吐出
通路とを設けて、前記各プランジャの往復動により前記
各吸込弁体及び前記吐出弁体を作動させる如く成した多
連式往復動ポンプにおいて、前記各吸込弁座及び前記各
吐出弁座のうち、一つの弁座に、該弁座の弁座面に衝合
する前記弁体の移動方向と同方向に立上り前記連通吐出
通路に突入する立上部を設けて、該立上部の端面に制御
弁座面を設けると共に、前記シリンダヘッドにおける前
記連通吐出通路と連通吸込通路との間に貫通孔を設けて
、この貫通孔に、筒状を呈し、端面に前記制御弁座面と
衝合する衝合面と、前記制御弁座面の外径より大径の受
圧面とを設け、中心部に前記衝合面を貫通して前記連通
吸込通路を含む低圧側に常時開口する連通路を設けた一
つの圧力制御弁を前記制御弁座面に対し近接離反可能に
支持して、該圧力制御弁を、圧力調整体をもつた制御ば
ねにより、前記制御弁座面に押圧して、前記衝合面を前
記制御弁座面に衝合させ、前記連通路を連通吐出通路に
対し閉鎖させると共に、前記圧力制御弁の前記制御ばね
に対抗する移動により前記衝合面を前記制御弁座面に対
し離反させて前記連通吐出通路を、前記連通路を介して
前記低圧側に連通させる如く成す一方、前記貫通孔の前
記連通吸込通路側内周面に、該貫通孔より大径の内腔部
を設けると共に、前記圧力制御弁に、前記受圧面の外径
より大径で、かつ前記内腔部の内周面に対接する径大部
を設けて、この径大部と前記内腔部との間に蓄圧室を設
け、かつ前記連通吐出通路の出口に連通する送液通路の
途中に逆止弁を介装し、この逆止弁の出口側送液通路に
バイパス通路を設けて、該バイパス通路を前記蓄圧室に
連通させたことを特徴とする多連式往復動ポンプ。1. A pressure accumulation chamber is provided between the large-diameter portion and the inner cavity, and a check valve is interposed in the middle of the liquid feeding passage communicating with the outlet of the communication discharge passage.
