Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 従来より使用されている自家用塵埃焼却器及燃焼用漏水
器は焼却中火の子や煤煙が飛散し火災の虞を生じたり又
煤塵が飛散すると隣家で乾燥中の洗濯物を汚す等の被害
を及ぼすため安心して塵埃を焼却することが出来なかっ
た、本発明はこの様な不利な條件を除くため、従来使用
の自家用焼却器や温水器（１）の上部に水タンク（２）
を設け、その中央部を煙道（田が適切な形ｌζ屈折しな
がら上昇する如く中間に仕切板（４１＋５１　ｔｅｌを
設けて煤煙が煙道に沿うて屈折しながら上昇し、タンク
の水面（７）のｔ部室間の側壁に向は一応タンク内で直
立の煙道より排気状態を形成させ、更らにその反対側の
上部にタンクの排気口（８）を設け、更らに排気口の下
部に斜に傾斜させ而も一部を水面に浸し、これをモータ
ー（９）により回転する二枚の円盤に僅少の間隙を保た
せる如く近接させた両円盤００を設けてこれを回転させ
ると両円盤の間隙に吸入した水が回転と共に掻き揚げら
れ遠心力を以って四方に飛散し、その飛散した飛抹によ
り水滴幕を形成させタンク内にある煤煙はその水滴幕を
必ず通過し排出口より排出する様にするのである。この
様にすると煤煙は水滴募を通過する間に火の子や煤塵、
特に紙や“カノナ屑の焼灰が完全に水滴に吸集され排気
口よリリ１出される煙は煤塵が除かれた清浄な煙となっ
て外部へと吐き出されるのである、又タンク内の水は給
水口θ心より注入し給水室へ注入されるがこの場合給水
室に設けたホール状の浮子を用いた一般使用のポールタ
ップ（６）を使用しタンク内の水面が常に一定量に保つ
様遂次自動補給を行い得る様にする、又集塵落下により
汚染された濁水はタンクの」−面に設けた０１の蝶番を
以って開閉する蓋０くを開いて随時監視し、汚染がひど
くなった濁水は傾斜させて設けたタンクの底面Ｇθの低
部に設けた００の排水１」より適宜に排出し、抽出して
水が少くなると自動的に給水口より清浄な水が注入され
タンク内の水面を一定に保つ様に構成したもので本型を
使用することにより従来の如く焼却により煤塵や火の子
を捲き散らすようなことがなく部会地にあっても安心し
て塵埃を焼却することが出来る煤煙防止装置を有する塵
埃焼却器である。

煙の進行方向を示したものである、第二図は木型の平面
図にして、第三図は従来の焼却器上に本型を設置したも
のの背面図を示し、第四１図は第三図と同様にしたもの

Claims (1)

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 一般使用の自家用塵埃焼却器及燃焼用の温水器の上部に
    水タンクを設け、その中央部を煙道が適当な形に屈折し
    ながら上昇し、煙がタンクの内部水面上部の空間の側壁
    に向は一応排気状間を作り、更らにその反対側上部にタ
    ンクの排気口を設け、その排気口の下部に一部を水面ζ
    ζ浸してモーターにより回転する二枚の円盤を傾斜させ
    て設け、而して二枚の円盤は僅少の間隙を保たせて合せ
    設けその間隙に含む水を円盤の回転により掻き揚げて水
    滴幕を造らせ、煙がタンクの排出口より排出するに当っ
    て必ず水滴幕間を通過する様にし、而して水槽の一方に
    給水室を設けてこれにタンク内の水量を一定に保つ如く
    −般使用の浮子式給水器を設は又タックの底面を傾斜さ
    せてその傾斜の低部に排水口を設けた煤煙防止装置を有
    する塵埃防止装置を有する塵埃焼却器。
