DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (Objective of the invention) The present invention is directed to the use of undried small cloth products containing a large amount of moisture.
ni−+±゛−So^magnetic嬶+H^Dairoku+H? A small diagonal cut groove is cut, and a connecting thread with a melting temperature sufficiently lower than the drying temperature of the dryer installed in the subsequent drying process is buried in the bottom of the cut groove. This invention relates to a new type of bonded green veneer which is constructed so that the bonding state of the intermediate product can be released by melting the bonding threads by the temperature of the veneer material reaching the drying temperature in the final stage.

Conventionally, this type of bonded raw veneer as an intermediate product includes, for example, a bonded raw veneer produced by a method of joining Japanese Patent Publication Publication No. 54-3925 Koji veneer with thread. When dried in the subsequent drying process, individual narrow veneers may develop cracks during the drying process, knots or weak material parts may be missing, or the cut edges may become distorted due to uneven drying or shrinkage. In this case, material defects such as gaps formed between mutually abutting parts occurred, so it was necessary to repair them again. However, even if the veneer is cut and removed by a cross-cutting machine for dry veneers, the connecting threads are not cut, and therefore the chips to be removed are substantially removed. This has serious disadvantages that cannot be removed, and at the same time, the threads are impregnated with an expensive adhesive to make the connecting thread, which increases the joining cost and requires equipment for impregnation. Since it was difficult to maintain its function stably for a long period of time, there was a serious problem in that it was not possible to stably produce bonded veneers with good bonding conditions.

The present invention is based on a thorough understanding of the phenomenon that causes material defects after drying, which is unique to the above-mentioned bonded green veneers, and by initially bonding J individual narrow-width veneers, it is possible to improve the ease of insertion into the dryer. In addition, by finally releasing the connection, it is possible to eliminate the negative impact on the horizontal stripping work for subsequent re-repair, and the cost of connection is low, making it possible to improve the filling efficiency. The present invention aims to provide a new type of bonded raw veneer that can be used in two ways: bonding and unbonding as an intermediate product that can also omit manufacturing equipment.

A jointed raw material in which a large number of narrow raw veneers 1 are continuously arranged in a direction orthogonal to the fiber direction, and a connecting thread 3 is buried in the bottom of a plurality of rows of diagonal cut grooves 2 formed in the direction of the arrangement. In the veneer 1, the connecting threads 3 are set at a drying temperature of a dryer, e.g.
A yarn spun from a synthetic resin or the like with a melting temperature sufficiently lower than the drying temperature of around 80°C, for example a yarn spun from polyethylene, etc., which has thermal properties that allow it to melt at around 100 to 140°C. At first, individual narrow raw veneers 1 are horizontally spliced using a connecting thread 3 made of yarn or the like spun from polypropylene or the like having thermal properties that can be melted at about 140 to 160°C. The bonded green veneer 4 is an intermediate product having the characteristics of being in the bonded state and finally becoming individual narrow dried veneers 5 in the unbonded state. Said spliced raw veneer 1
The joining and unjoining states of the kerfs 2 of the raw veneer 1 are determined by the heating drying operation of a dryer installed in the latter drying process.
As the veneer material temperature gradually reaches the drying temperature in the dryer oven, the joining threads 3 buried in the bottom of the veneer gradually melt, so the initial state of joining is gradually released and the individual threads are once again separated. .. Since the veneer veneer 5 is returned to its original state and then supplied to the subsequent repair process, the connecting threads 3 are first inserted when the veneer 1 is inserted into the dryer. Functions only to improve workability and filling efficiency,
The subsequent steps involve connecting threads 3. The aim is to restore safety by eliminating the In addition, since the defective parts in the front, back, and middle of each small width veneer 1 shown in the embodiment shown in FIG. In addition, since only a small number of cutting parts are required for re-repair in the later repair process, productivity is greatly improved. The raw veneer 1 is cut with a small amount of defective parts left before, after, and in the middle, thereby greatly improving the yield and drying efficiency. Furthermore, the kerf 2 is made of small raw veneer 1.
The slope is 10 to 30 degrees with respect to the surface of the veneer, and the depth of the cut groove 2 is between one-fifth and one-half of the thickness of the veneer to prevent the connecting threads 3 from popping out and fibers from breaking. This made it possible to prevent the accompanying lack of veneer strength. (Effects of the Invention) As described above, the spliced raw veneer 1 of the present invention can be laterally spliced by the splicing threads 3 having a melting temperature sufficiently lower than the drying temperature of the dryer buried in the bottom of the diagonal cut groove 2. Since the condition is maintained and they are connected in the form of a blind, it goes without saying that the ease of insertion into the dryer and the filling efficiency are extremely high.In addition, in the final stage of the drying process using the dryer Since the binding threads 3 are melted by the temperature of the veneer material reaching the drying temperature and released from the connection again to the state of individual narrow dried veneers 5, the bonded green veneers generated during the drying process are μ
The dry veneer cross-cutting machine can be used to repair material defects without any trouble caused by the remaining connecting threads 3 buried in the bottom of the diagonally cut groove. The cutting operation can be carried out safely, the cutting operation can be performed in two states, the connected state and the unconnected state, respectively at the beginning and end, and it is economical and does not require expensive adhesives or equipment to impregnate the yarn with the adhesive. This is an extremely effective invention that has been able to provide, for the first time, a bonded raw veneer of stable quality with a well-organized bond that is functionally stable for a long period of time.
