Furthermore, although CRTs are versatile as output devices, they have many limitations such as the relatively small number of characters that can be output on the screen and the screen itself is small. A special output device was required. (5) Examples Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to examples.

Next, the small piece position/piece pattern determining section 5 and the arithmetic unit 6 identify the moved position on the small piece setting board, and the result is stored in the storage device 7. On the other hand, the work plan for each product is stored in the storage device, and a calculation device compares it with the previous input information, thereby displaying warnings of delays from the work progress plan on the setting board. When registering a new product or deleting a finished product, it is necessary to register or delete the correspondence between the identification signal of each small piece and the corresponding product in the storage device, and this is done in the product display small piece registration device. 8.

In the setting board 4 and the product display piece registration device 8, various methods of identifying each piece are possible, and one example is shown in FIG.

Another small piece identification example is the third one.
As shown in the figure. Make irregularities on the contact surface of the setting plate of small piece 1,
Attach micro switches 3, 4, etc. to the 2 side. When the number of small pieces is set to 2, the small pieces are identified by the bit pattern caused by the on/off of switches 3 and 4 due to the unevenness of 1. FIG. 4 shows an embodiment of the management board (the product display piece and the setting board are collectively referred to as the management board).

Make sure that the position on the board (vertical address and horizontal address) is known. A vertical address signal 1 and a horizontal address signal 2 are input from the arithmetic unit to the decoder 3, which converts them into socket numbers, and only the signal line corresponding to the specified socket number is set to "1".These signal lines , and the identification signals 4, 5, 6, and 7 from the socket are taken for each bit as shown in the figure, and then the logical sum of these is taken for each corresponding bit, and the output signal 8 is designated as the output signal 8. Obtain the bit pattern of the small piece set in the socket.By sequentially changing the address signal from the arithmetic unit and inputting it to the decoder, you can determine where on the setting board,
, it is possible to identify which pieces are configured. (6) Summary As explained above, according to the present invention, each time a unit operation is completed at a manufacturing site, the display piece corresponding to the product can be moved to a predetermined position on the management board by a simple operation. Actual data can be reliably input into a computer, etc.

Furthermore, by adding display functions such as a delay warning lamp and an emergency work instruction lamp to the control board or small piece, it becomes even more effective. As described above, according to the present invention, both input and output functions are provided, and the output function is realized without going through the central processing unit of the calculation function, so it is inexpensive and accurate, and can be used even when the central processing unit goes down. It is possible to configure a management device that can
