Conventionally, residues left after removal of stickers, seals, etc. are wiped off using a commercially available cleaning agent, but it has also been done using a solvent such as alcohol. However, the cleaning agents mentioned above have weak solubility for natural rubber adhesives that are generally used for stickers, stickers, etc., so they cannot completely remove the residue after removing stickers, stickers, etc. There wasn't. Residues can also be removed using highly soluble cleaning agents such as toluene, but
It has the disadvantage that it severely damages the surface materials on which stickers, stickers, etc. are attached.

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent that does not damage the surface on which stickers, stickers, etc. have been applied, is highly effective in removing residue after removal of stickers, stickers, etc., and is harmless to the human body. It is about providing.

The present inventor first used 1°1.2-4lichloro-1,2,2-1lifluoroethane (hereinafter referred to as Freon 1
13), a cleaning agent was prepared by mixing a fluorine-based surfactant with a mixed solution of isopropyl alcohol and water or polygelcol. Although this cleaning agent is effective in removing residues after peeling off stickers, seals, etc., there is room for improvement in terms of cleaning power.

As a result of careful consideration, we found that the reason why the cleaning power of the cleaning agent applied earlier was rather weak was that Freon 113, which has the highest cleaning power among the components of the cleaning agent, has the lowest boiling point, and it is still an azeotrope with other components. They discovered that the substance evaporates first, and when used as a spray or aerosol, it disperses into the air extremely quickly.

Therefore, an azeotrope is formed with Freon 113, and the evaporation is suppressed.
As a result of searching for a solvent that is harmless to the human body, they found that ethyl alcohol satisfies the above conditions. Furthermore, it was confirmed that adding isopropyl alcohol to a mixed solution of Freon 113 and ethyl alcohol made the cleaning power even stronger, leading to the present invention.

The cleaning agent thus obtained was uniformly applied to a glass plate, a steel plate, and an acrylic resin coated plate by dissolving a natural rubber paste adhesive in toluene to a size of 10 cm x 10 Crn. After being left in a room for 3 days, when the sticky substance became completely hard and fixed, a cleaning agent was sprayed on it, it was wiped off with a paper towel, and the state of the sticky substance coming off was determined.
