DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention relates to a cleaning agent that can be used without damaging the surface to which it has been applied.

However, since the above-mentioned cleaning agents have weak solubility in the natural rubber adhesives of stickers and seals, it has not been possible to completely remove peeling marks and adhesives of stickers and seals. Furthermore, if a highly soluble detergent such as toluene is used, the sticky substance can be removed, but it has the disadvantage that it seriously damages the surface on which the sticker or sticker was affixed.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning agent that removes peeling marks and sticky substances without damaging the surface on which stickers and seals have been applied.

Therefore, the inventors discovered that 1) 1.2-)lichloro-1,2,
2-) Refluoroethane (hereinafter referred to as Freon 113)
We investigated the possibility of completely removing and cleaning stickers, peeling marks of stickers, and sticky substances by using a solvent with weak solubility, such as 100% solvent, and wiping with a paper towel.

However, although Freon 113 removes the sticky material once, since the volatility of Freon 113 is extremely high, the removed sticky material tends to adhere to the surface again rather than the paper towel.

As a result of further research, we found that Freon 113 has a high solubility in isopropyl alcohol, so we dissolved Freon 113 in isopropyl alcohol to reduce its vaporization. Furthermore, water was mixed in to further reduce vaporization. A fluorine-based surfactant was added to increase the permeability of the solution.

If you use this to remove peeling marks and sticky substances from stickers and stickers, it will completely remove the stickers and stickers without causing any of the above problems, and without damaging the surface on which the stickers or stickers were affixed. They discovered that it can be removed and cleaned, and completed this invention.
