パーの塗膜剥離方法について鋭意研究を重ねた結果、強
アルカリ100重量部、アルコール系溶剤5〜100重
量部、界面活性剤0.1〜20重量部を含有した強アル
カリ剥離剤に浸漬して上塗り塗膜を膨潤、溶解させ、更
に、プライマー塗膜を膨潤させた後、十分に水洗し、強
酸100重量部、界面活性剤0.1〜20重量部を含有
した強酸剥離剤に浸漬することによりプライマー塗膜ま
で剥離しうることを見いだし、この知見に基ずいて本発
明を完成した。すなわち、本発明はプライマー及び上塗
り塗料を塗装したPPバンパーの塗膜を剥離するに際し
て強アルカリ100重量部、アルコール系溶剤5〜10
0重量部、界面活性剤0.1〜20重量部を含有した強
アルカリ剥離剤に浸漬し、更に強酸100重量部、界面
活性剤0.1〜20重量部を含有した強酸剥離剤に浸漬
することを特徴とする塗装PPバンパーの塗膜剥離方法
である。

るが、特に濃塩酸が適している。アルコール系溶剤とし
てはメタノール、エタノール、n−プロパノール、イソ
プロパノール等が用いられるが、特にメタノールが望ま
しい。界面活性剤としては、アニオン系界面活性剤、カ
チオン系界面活性剤、両性界面活性剤、非イオン性界面
活性剤共に使用可能である。特に両性界面活性剤、非イ
オン性界面活性剤が望ましい。両面界面活性剤として
は、アミノ酸型両性界面活性剤、ベタイン型両性界面活
性剤が挙げられる。非イオン性界面活性剤としては、ポ
リエチレングリコール型非イオン性界面活性剤、多価ア
ルコール型界面活性剤が挙げられる。また、これらの界
面活性剤はそれぞれ単独で使用しても良いが、数種類混
合して使用することも可能である。本発明の強アルカリ
剥離剤における強アルカリ、アルコール系溶剤、界面活
性剤の含有量としては、強アルカリ100重量部に対し
てアルコール系溶剤5〜100重量部、界面活性剤0.
1〜20重量部が適している。特に、アルコール系溶剤
10〜30重量部、界面活性剤0.5〜15重量部が望
ましい。また、強酸剥離剤における強酸と界面活性剤の
含有量は強酸100重量部に対して、界面活性剤0.1
〜20重量部が適しており、特に界面活性剤0.5〜1
5重量部が望ましい。

後、上塗り塗料としてベポックス#10TS(神東塗料
(株)製ポリウレタン系塗料)を30〜35μm塗布
し、80℃×30分間乾燥した後、3 日間放置した塗装
