Conventionally, when installing a heat-sensitive actuating body in a thermal sensor, the heat-sensitive actuating body is generally temporarily fixed to the base of the sensor with adhesive.
After that, adhesive is filled from the ceiling mounting surface side of the base to hold it fixed.

Furthermore, in conventional sensors in which adhesive is filled into the through-hole of the base and the heat-sensitive actuator is fixedly held, the adhesive sometimes flows out to the heat-sensitive plate side of the heat-sensitive actuator. However, when this solidifies and adheres to a heat-sensitive plate, the heat of the heat-sensitive plate is dissipated by the adhesive, resulting in poor sensitivity.

On the other hand, there are some thermal sensors, such as the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 44-10901, which have a structure in which the lead wire is connected to a terminal plate to temporarily secure the thermally actuating body, but in this structure, This method requires a process for connecting the lead wires to the terminal plate, which poses problems in terms of workability, and it also requires a large amount of adhesive for the through holes, which is uneconomical.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and it improves workability by adopting a fitting method for fixing the base plate of the heat-sensitive actuator, and reduces the amount of adhesive used for final fixing, making it economical. It is an object of the present invention to provide a thermal sensor in which a heat-sensitive actuating member can be securely and easily fixed and held without causing poor sensitivity due to heat radiation.

As explained above, the present invention provides a temporary fixing part and a conductive terminal on the heat-sensitive actuating body, and correspondingly provides a fitting part and a loose fitting hole on the base, and after temporarily fixing the fitting, the loose fitting hole is inserted. The thermosensitive actuator is fixed and held on the base by filling with adhesive, so there is no need for adhesive for temporary fixing, making it easy to use.
The temporary fixing work can be done reliably and within a short time, and the temporary fitting part is tightly attached and the adhesive does not flow out to the heat sensitive plate side, thus eliminating the heat dissipation effect of conventional adhesives. This will not cause poor sensitivity.

更に、上述したように、嵌着により強固に仮止めがなさ

Furthermore, as mentioned above, since the structure is such that the temporary fixation is firmly achieved by fitting, the heat-sensitive actuator can be installed in a fixed position when filling and solidifying the adhesive, and therefore the adhesion state of the adhesive can be maintained. This makes it possible to completely ensure that water droplets from outside enter the sensor.
