Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 長尺状の化粧面と該化粧面の両側縁を下方に屈曲した側
    壁と該側壁の下端を内方に窪ませた嵌合溝と該嵌合溝の
    下縁を外側方へ延長し、その先端、もしくはその途中に
    防水突起を設けた固定部とから横断面をハツト状とした
    表面材と、該表面材の少なくとも化粧面裏面に固着する
    高熱下において水分を放出すると共に発泡膨張し、無機
    質発泡体を形成する発泡性無機材層と、前記固定部の少
    なくとも裏面を被覆する幅で、ある程度剛性のある長尺
    状の防火基材と、前記表面材の化粧面と両側壁、および
    上記防火性基材の一部外周面で形成される空間に充填す
    る合成樹脂発泡体と、該合成樹脂発泡体の少なくとも裏
    面を被覆するシート状の裏面材とから全体として横断面
    をハツト状に形成すると共に、これら構成材を合成樹脂
    発泡体形成時の自己接着性で一体に形成したことを特徴
    とする大型防火パネル。
