この時、水切り装置13のバイブの配列のピッチは、バ
イブを焼入れ槽1へ昇降させる時の配列のピッチより小
さいので、ピッチ変換機構により前記ピッチを水切り装
置13のピッチに合わせてからおろすようになつている
。バイブ7をおろしたバイブ吊り下げ台2はパイプアラ
イニング装置12の上部へ移動し、新たなバイブ7をつ
かんて焼入れ槽1上へ搬送する。この時は、パイプアラ
イニング装置12のバイブ配列のピッチが、バイブを焼
入れ槽1へ昇降させる時の配列のピッチになつているの
で、バイブ吊り下げ台2の前記ピッチを変換し直してか
らつかむようになつている。以後、上記と同様の動作に
より複数本のバイブが同時に焼入れられ、かつこの動作

いておくことを特徴とした特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
多連式焼入れ装置。 3 鋼管吊り下げ台は、流体シリンダで昇降させること
を特徴とした特許請求の範囲第1項記載の多連式焼入れ
