にある。[Detailed description of the invention] This invention relates to an expansion pipe joint used in various types of piping work. The purpose of this invention is to adjust the misalignment of pipes during piping work and absorb strain and vibration that occur in the pipes. Our objective is to provide expansion pipe joints with excellent performance at low cost to protect piping lines.

Type A has great flexibility and is ideal as an expansion pipe joint, but the operating pressure is low and the rubber in the center of the joint comes into contact with the bolt on the flange when pressure deforms, and it also causes buckling (localized buckling) during vacuum depressurization. In addition, the E type has a small allowable displacement in the axial shearing direction, making the usable range narrower than the A type, and it is necessary to insert wires, iron rings, etc. in manufacturing. This method has many problems, including a large number of manufacturing steps and high costs.

The flange and joint parts are reinforced with a reinforcing cloth impregnated with a thermosetting resin or a mixed composition of a thermosetting resin and a small amount of elastomer, and the arch part is reinforced with an elastomer-impregnated reinforcing cloth that does not contain a thermosetting resin. , by laminating them and placing rubber on the entire surface and molding them under heat and pressure, a reinforcing cloth reinforced with a mixed composition of a cured resin or a thermosetting resin and a small amount of elastomer is provided on both flanges and the connecting portion. It is characterized by being provided with a covering rubber layer.

The reinforcing cloth 5 is, for example, a nylon cloth impregnated with a thermosetting resin such as a phenol resin, an epoxy resin, a melamine resin, a urea resin, or a mixed composition of these resins and a small amount of an elastomer, and the reinforcing cloth 6 is a thermosetting cloth. These include nylon fabrics impregnated with resin-free elastomer formulations.

', and the reinforcing cloth 6 is placed and laminated in the range B of the arch part 3, and the rubber liquid is applied to the entire surface and heated under pressure using a predetermined mold to cause a vulcanization reaction of the rubber. Reinforcement cloth 5
At the same time, the resin impregnated with the reinforcing cloth 5 is thermally cured, and the strength of the reinforcing cloth 5 is increased by the cured resin, and the covering rubber layer 7 is formed over the entire surface, thereby obtaining the desired expansion pipe joint.

As mentioned above, the resin of the reinforcing cloth 5 impregnated with a thermosetting resin or a mixed composition of a thermosetting resin and a small amount of an elastomer hardens and exhibits great strength in both quick contact parts 2 and 2' connected to the . However, since the arch portion 3 is reinforced with reinforcing cloth 6 that is not impregnated with thermosetting resin and can be deformed, the connecting portion 2゜2' will not deform even if fluid pressure is applied during use of the joint. It functions well as a lily expansion pipe joint when only the arch portion 3 is deformed without deformation, and there is no risk of the joint portion coming into contact with the bolt for tightening the flange portion due to abnormal deformation of the connecting portion as in the conventional case, which improves safety. It's expensive.

低減の効果を奏し、実益多大な優秀考案である。The present invention has the above-mentioned structure and functions, and the wrinkle reinforcing cloth is impregnated with a thermosetting resin or a mixed composition of a thermosetting resin and a small amount of elastomer, and exhibits high strength by the cured resin. Even if the number of layers of the reinforcing fabric is reduced, it has enough strength to withstand use, so there is no need for reinforcement with conventional iron wires, iron rings, etc., and there is no need to tighten or insert them. This is an excellent idea with great practical benefits, as it reduces manufacturing man-hours and reduces costs.
