Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 スキー締臭の役目は、スキーと靴とを結合し、スキーと
靴の方向を一定に保ち、且つスキーと靴の密着を維持し
、スキーヤーをしてその欲する如くスキーを操作し得し
めることである。
しかして転倒の如き異状事態には胸の安全を守るため脚
の耐え得る力以内で靴をスキーから解放するものである
。
滑降又は回転中スキーには雪の抵抗或は不整地、凸凹、
ギャップなどによる種々の力が不規則（アット・ランダ
ム）に働らくのであるが、それに耐えてスキーと靴の方
向を一定に保ち、密着を維持するには然るべき拘束力が
必要である。
続具には種類がたくさんあるけれども、殆んどがつまさ
き（トウ）及びかがと（ヒール）の両金具でスキー靴を
前後、左右及び上から押える形式のものである。スキー
から靴を解放する場合、ヒール金具は上向の力（結果的
に前方への力に対しても有効）によって作動、解放する
。
この関係を一般的なステップイン式のものについて示す
と第１図のようなものである。
図においてＴはトウ金具、日はヒール金具である。
靴が横方向の力によってスキーから解放される時は、例
えばヒール金具日によって束縛されているためにトウが
ヒールを中心に回ることになる（図のイから口，ハへ）
。
又ヒール部における上下方向の力によってその力がヒー
ル金具日の拘束力を上廻る時は二，木のようにヒール金
具日より靴が解放される。
糠具はヒールにおいて上から靴の端緑を弾力的に拘束し
、拘束力を上廻る外力が加わると靴を拘束する都材が弾
力的に変位する。
変位には限度がありこれを過ぎると糠具は靴を解放する
。即ち拘束力と変位の積に相当するエネルギーが解放に
必要である。
従って転び方如何によっては続具の解放に必要なエネル
ギーが不足し、締具が解放しない時隣にねじれ力が加わ
るが自由になれず、傷害の原因ともなりかねない。初心
者が極めて平坦な場所において低い速度で力無く転び骨
折あるいは捻挫の傷害に遭うことが多いのは統計の示す
通りである。本発明はこの欠点を解消せんがため転倒時
等においては脱脚力は平常走行時より遥かに小で済むよ
うに工夫し安全性向上を計ったものである。
本発明はそのヒール部分に適用される緒具に関するもの
で、第２図に示す本発明実施例につき説明すると、１は
スキー、２はスキー靴底、３は支柱、４は支柱３に藤５
において枢着支持された支杵、６は支杵４に軸７におい
て一端を松着された押え杵、８，９は強、弱のスプリン
グ、１０，１１はスプリング支柱、１２はしバーである
。１３は上記支杵４を含む支杵装置が一定以上に回動せ
んとするを拘束する拘束部材であり、且つ傾斜感知部材
を兼ねるもので上面は弧状面１４をなし下端に軍錘１５
を備えている。
１６も車錘で傾斜感知作動部材１３と重鍵１６は好１７
で連結されてバランスを探り支柱３において軸承されて
いる。
童錘１５，１６は傾斜感知作動部材１３に同じ効果を与
える事はいうまでもない。尚押え好６の先端にはスプリ
ング１８を介して前後移動可能に保持された靴の拘束片
１９が設けられ、拘束片１９の段部１９′は靴底端縁２
′に係合してこれを圧下し且つその周縁を垂下部１９″
により囲んでこれを拘束する。
２０はストッパである。
上記構成により平常状態ではスキー靴底端縁は押え杵６
の先端に設けた拘束片１９により挟持され、且つスプリ
ング８，９の力を受けて押へ付けるれ靴底は級持保持さ
れる。
この状態で靴が脱れるためには押え杵６を押上げ回動さ
せる必要があるが、スプリング８の力は強大であるため
支柱１０を介して支柱４に回動力が及ぼされる。
これれにより弱い方のスプリング９を押上げんとしても
額斜感知作動部材１３の頭１４に支杵４が当ってこれを
廻し脱す事ができず強いスプリング８を鞠７の廻りに押
開く必要があり、強力に保持されていることになる。し
かしスキーが煩斜したりすると傾斜感知作動部材１３は
軍錘１５，１６に加わる重力によって重量方向に回動し
その頭の弧状面１４は支好４の端部より脱れ、又は脱れ
んとし、支村４の尾端の支持がなくなるから靴が脱げよ
うとするとスプリング８、支柱１０を介して押え杵６と
支杵４は共に藤５を中心に回敷せんとし、弱いスプリン
グ９に打勝つ力であれば支杵４は枢軸５の廻りに容易に
回動しうる事になり靴の脱離は容易でヒール金具からの
靴のかがとがはずれればヒール部分の束縛が無くなり、
トウの拘束力はヒールとの組合せで存在するからトウの
拘束力も無くなり脚は自由になる。
故に脚の無理な拘束による損傷、骨折等を防止すること
ができる。尚スキーにて滑降中、急旋回を行なうとスキ
ーは頃斜するがこの時は遠Ｄ力の働らきで傾斜感知作動
部材はスキーに対し平常時とほぼ同じ相対位置を保つの
で作動せず、拘束力は維持される。
以上のようにスキーの倭斜により変位する煩斜感知作動
部材の設置組合せにより転倒その他に際し綿具の固着に
よる骨折等を著しく軽減させうるもので、工業的価値を
発揮するものである。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １ スキー上に直立して取付けた支柱に枢着されスプリ
    ング力を受けてスキー靴端縁を押圧する先端をもつた支
    杆装置を設け、且つ該支杆装置の押圧解除方向（脱靴方
    向）への動きを該支杆装置に対向する部分をもつて拘束
    する部材を前記支柱に揺動可能に枢着支承して設け、更
    に該拘束部材はスキーの左右傾動を感知して傾動する重
    錘機構を具備して傾斜感知作動部材として機能するよう
    構成し平常走行時の脱靴作動に対しては前記スプリング
    力及び拘束部材が対抗抑圧するもスキーの左右傾動時は
    該傾動を該重錘機構が感知して該拘束部材を回動させ該
    支杆装置への拘束作動を解除し脱靴作動に対する抑圧力
    を弱めるようにしたことを特徴とするスキー締具。 ２ スキー上に直立して取付けた支柱に枢着された支杆
    にスキー靴端縁を押圧する先端をもつた押圧杆を枢着し
    、該押圧杆を該支杆に支持された強力スプリングにより
    該支杆に押圧し又該支杆に対してもスキー靴端縁押圧方
    向に作用する弱いスプリングを備し、且つ該支杆の押圧
    解除方向（脱靴方向）への動きを該支杆の尾端に対向す
    る頭部をもつて拘束する拘束部材を前記支柱に揺動可能
    に枢着支承して設け、更に該拘束部材はスキーの左右傾
    動を感知して傾動する重錘機構を具備して傾斜感知作動
    部材として機能するよう構成し平常走行時の脱靴作動に
    対しては前記強力スプリングの力及び拘束部材が対抗抑
    圧するもスキーの左右傾動時は該傾動を該重錘機構が感
    知して該拘束部材を回動させ該支杆への拘束作動を解除
    し脱靴作動に対する抑圧力を弱めるようにしたことを特
    徴とする特許請求の範囲第１項に記載のスキー締具。
