Claims (1)
の羽根車から後段側の羽根車へ順次送り込んで圧縮する
多段ターボ圧縮機において、上記複数の羽根車は各群に
少なくとも1つの羽根車を有する羽根車群に分割され、
その前段側の羽根車群に属する羽根車の子午面上におけ
る気体の流出方向と回転軸心方向とがなす流出角度を、
後段側の羽根車群に属する羽根車の流出角度よりも小さ
く設定し、かつ、各羽根車を相互にほぼ等しい外径とし
