PURPOSE:To make deburring operation for a steel pipe inner surface performable in an efficient and automated manner even if the pipe is not just roundness, by repeatedly shifting a ring buff, which revolves as rotating on its axis around an end part of the steel pipe surface, in the axial direction. CONSTITUTION:First of all, a teel pipe 3 is locked to a locking clamp block 1 by tightening a handle 7, then a motor 17 for rotation is driven and a ring buff 13 on an almost nearly axis of the steel pipe 3 is rotated on its own axis.
