The utility model provides a device for removing annular bulge flanging at internal weld joint of polyethylene pipeline, which is characterized by comprising a center rod, elastic centering brackets, a fixed seat, a connecting seat, a removing component and an elastic supporting seat, wherein at least two elastic centering brackets are distributed at intervals along the left and right direction at the outer side of the center rod, the fixed seat and the elastic supporting seat are arranged between the two elastic centering brackets, one end of the fixed seat is fixed with the center rod, the other end of the fixed seat is hinged with one end of the connecting seat, the other end of the connecting seat is fixed with the removing component which can realize nondestructive operation for annular bulge flanging at internal weld joint of polyethylene pipeline, one end of the elastic supporting seat is hinged with the center rod, the other end of the elastic supporting seat is hinged with the middle part of the connecting seat, the removing component comprises a cutter seat, a rotating shaft, a cutter body, a planing tool and a power transmission component, the connecting seat is fixedly provided with two tool holders which are distributed left and right at intervals, each tool holder comprises a semicircular part positioned at the outer end and a connecting part positioned at the inner end, the semicircular part and the connecting part are integrally arranged, a tool body which can rotate along with the rotating shaft is arranged between the two tool holders through a rotating shaft which is coaxial with the semicircular part, a planing tool is fixedly arranged on the tool body, the distance from the cutting edge of the planing tool to the axis of the rotating shaft is called as a cutting radius, the cutting radius is smaller than the radius of the semicircular part, the connecting seat is fixedly provided with a power transmission component which can drive the rotating shaft to rotate, the power transmission component comprises a power output device and a power transmission device, the power transmission device comprises a driving wheel, a driven wheel and a conveying belt, the left end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the left tool holder and is fixedly provided with the driven wheel, the power output device is fixedly arranged on the connecting seat, the power output shaft of the power output device is fixedly provided with the driving wheel corresponding to the position of the driven wheel, the connecting seat comprises rib plates and two connecting plates which are distributed at intervals left and right, at least one rib plate is distributed along the length direction of each rib plate, two ends of each rib plate are respectively fixed with corresponding connecting plates, the upper end of each connecting plate is fixed with corresponding connecting parts, the lower end of each connecting plate is hinged with a fixed seat at a corresponding position, and the middle part of each connecting plate is hinged with the outer end of a corresponding elastic supporting seat.
2. The device for removing the annular raised flange at the inner weld joint of the polyethylene pipe according to claim 1, wherein the difference between the radius of the semicircular part and the removed radius is 0.5mm to 1.5 mm.

The device for removing the annular raised flange at the inner welding seam of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the elastic centering support comprises a centering ring sleeve, a centering bearing and a centering elastic telescopic rod, the centering ring sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the center rod at a corresponding position, the centering bearing is arranged between the center rod and the centering ring sleeve, and at least three centering elastic telescopic rods are circumferentially distributed on the outer side of the centering ring sleeve at intervals.

The device for removing the annular raised flange at the inner welding seam of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 3, wherein the centering elastic telescopic rod comprises a centering outer sleeve, a centering spring and a centering movable rod, one end of the centering outer sleeve is fixed with the outer side of the centering annular sleeve, the other end of the centering outer sleeve is provided with a centering opening communicated with the inner cavity of the centering outer sleeve, the centering outer sleeve is sleeved with a centering piston capable of sliding along the inner cavity of the centering outer sleeve, a compressed centering spring is arranged between the inner side surface of the centering piston and the bottom end of the centering outer sleeve, the outer side surface of the centering piston is fixedly provided with the centering movable rod, the other end of the centering movable rod penetrates out of the centering opening, and the inner side of the centering opening is fixedly provided with a centering limiting part which is positioned at the outer side of the centering movable rod and can prevent the centering piston from sliding.

The device for removing the annular raised flanges at the inner weld joint of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 4, wherein the outer end of each centering elastic telescopic rod is provided with a pulley, and the rotation axis of the pulley is perpendicular to the axis of the central tube.

The device for removing the annular raised flanges at the inner weld joint of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 1, 2, 4 or 5, wherein the elastic supporting seat comprises a supporting ring sleeve, a supporting bearing and a supporting elastic telescopic rod, the supporting ring sleeve is sleeved outside the central rod at the corresponding position, the supporting bearing is arranged between the central rod and the supporting ring sleeve, the supporting elastic telescopic rod is fixed on the outer side of the supporting ring sleeve, and the outer end of the supporting elastic telescopic rod is hinged with the middle part of the connecting seat.

The device for removing the annular raised flanges at the inner weld joints of the polyethylene pipelines according to claim 3, wherein the elastic supporting seat comprises a supporting ring sleeve, supporting bearings and supporting elastic telescopic rods, the supporting ring sleeve is sleeved outside the central rod at the corresponding position, the supporting bearings are arranged between the central rod and the supporting ring sleeve, the supporting elastic telescopic rods are fixed outside the supporting ring sleeve, and the outer ends of the supporting elastic telescopic rods are hinged with the middle parts of the connecting seats.

The device for removing the annular raised flange at the inner welding seam of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 7, wherein the supporting elastic telescopic rod comprises a supporting outer sleeve, a supporting spring and a supporting movable rod, one end of the supporting outer sleeve is fixed with the outer side of the supporting annular sleeve, the other end of the supporting outer sleeve is provided with a supporting opening communicated with the inner cavity of the supporting outer sleeve, the supporting outer sleeve is sleeved with a supporting piston capable of sliding along the inner cavity of the supporting outer sleeve, a compressed supporting spring is arranged between the inner side surface of the supporting piston and the bottom end of the supporting outer sleeve, the outer side surface of the supporting piston is fixedly provided with the supporting movable rod, the other end of the supporting movable rod penetrates out of the supporting opening, the inner side of the supporting opening is fixedly provided with a supporting limiting part which is positioned at the outer side of the supporting movable rod and can prevent the supporting piston from sliding, and the outer end of the supporting movable rod is hinged with the middle part of the connecting seat.

The device for removing the annular bulge flanging at the inner weld joint of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 1 or 2 or 4 or 5 or 7 or 8, wherein the right end of the central rod is fixedly provided with a flexible plugging plate; or/and, a rocker arm which can drive the center rod to rotate is fixed at the left end of the center rod; or/and, the spacing between every two adjacent elastic centering brackets is 3m to 4 m.

The device for removing the annular bulge flanging at the inner weld joint of the polyethylene pipeline according to claim 6, wherein the right end of the central rod is fixedly provided with a flexible plugging plate; or/and, a rocker arm which can drive the center rod to rotate is fixed at the left end of the center rod; or/and, the spacing between every two adjacent elastic centering brackets is 3m to 4 m.
