Expansion in which a hole is formed protrudingly in concrete, etc., and a cylindrical expansion member is pushed in the distal or proximal direction by the action of a wedge, biting into the hole wall and crimping to generate pull-out strength. Anchor is well known.

The expanding member is divided into a distal end side and a proximal end side by a plurality of grooves extending in the axial direction so that it can be easily pushed and expanded by the wedge piece, and a part of the distal end or the proximal end bites into the hole wall. It's just too much.

Therefore, in the case of concrete with high density and extremely high compressive strength, it is almost impossible to penetrate into the hole wall.
The pull-out force must be borne by the frictional resistance caused by the contact between the enlarged part and the hole wall, and the expected pull-out strength cannot actually be generated, and even in the case of ordinary concrete, etc. A single expanding member cannot be expected to have a large pull-out strength.

Therefore, an expansion anchor that uses a plurality of expansion members and obtains high pull-out strength has been proposed (Japanese Patent Publication No. 40-24
No. 214, Jikko No. 43-4603).

However, since these expansion anchors have a structure in which multiple expansion members are successively fitted onto a shaft-like member, the expansion order of each expansion member depends on the unevenness of the mounting hole wall. There has been a problem in that only the easily expanding member expands sufficiently and other expanding members are prevented from expanding, making it impossible for the other expanding members to perform their functions.

This proposal was made in view of the above circumstances, and includes a plurality of wedge pieces each having an inclined surface at the base end or the distal end, and a plurality of wedge pieces extending in the axial direction at the distal end or base end corresponding to the inclined surface. A plurality of cylindrical expansion members having grooves and inclined surfaces are alternately fitted onto the shaft-like member, and the expansion members are movable in the axial direction, and at least the wedge pieces are sandwiched between the expansion members. In the expansion anchor in which the wedge member sandwiched between the expansion members is movable in the axial direction, a large diameter hole is formed in the inner peripheral surface of the wedge member sandwiched between the expansion members, and the large diameter hole is formed in the shaft member. To provide an expansion anchor that has a large pullout strength by pushing and expanding all of a plurality of expansion members at the same time by configuring the expansion anchor by protruding a stopper that is fitted into the part. It is.

A first wedge piece 5 is screwed and fixed to the threaded end portion 1 of the second wedge piece 6, and a second wedge piece 6 having a large diameter hole 6b fitted to the stopper 3 is movably fitted to the shaft-like member 4. First and second expansion members 7 and 8 are loosely fitted to the shaft member 4 between the first wedge piece 5 and the stopper 3 and on the proximal side of the second wedge member 6. The two expansion members 7 and 8 have four grooves 9 and 11 extending in the axial direction on the distal end side at equal intervals around the circumference, and knurls 10 and 12 on the outer circumferential surface. It is formed into a cylindrical shape.

The expansion anchors of the embodiment rows shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 constructed in this way have wedge pieces 5 formed by drilling into concrete or the like while engaging the corresponding inclined surfaces 5a and 7a, and 6a and 8a, respectively. , 6. Insert the expanding members 7, 8 and the spacer 13 into the insertable hole, and screw the nut 15 toward the tip, press the washer 14 toward the tip, or fix the washer 14 to the hole. By pulling and moving the shaft-like member 4 in the proximal direction, the proximal expanding member 8 is relatively moved in the distal direction via the spacer 13, so that the inclined surface 8a thereof is aligned with the second wedge piece 6. The distal end part, which is raised along the slope 6a and divided by the grooves 11, is pushed open a little, and the second wedge piece 6 is pushed and moved toward the distal end. The expanding member 7 is pushed and its sloped surface 7a is raised along the sloped surface 5a of the first wedge piece 5, and the tip portions divided by the grooves 9 are slightly expanded.

When the expanding member 8 is further moved toward the distal end, the two expanding members 7 and 8 are simultaneously pushed and expanded little by little by the wedge pieces 5 and 6, respectively, as described above, and the inner end surface of the large diameter hole 6b is brought into contact with the stopper 3. When the first expanding member 7 and the second wedge piece 6 hit , the first expanding member 7 and the second wedge piece 6 stop (FIG. 3).

As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of wedge pieces and a cylindrical expansion member are fitted onto a shaft-like member, and the expansion member is movable in the axial direction, and at least the wedge piece is sandwiched between the expansion members. A large diameter hole is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the wedge member sandwiched between the expansion members, and a stopper is provided protruding from the shaft-like member to fit into the large diameter hole. Therefore, the slanted surface of the expansion member corresponding to the slanted surface of the proximal end or distal end of the wedge piece is inserted into a hole in concrete, etc., in contact with the slanted surface of the distal end, and the shaft-like member is moved in the proximal direction. By moving the expanding member or the wedge piece on the proximal side toward the distal end, the expanding member and the wedge piece are simultaneously pushed in one direction by the action of the stopper, and the expanding member is moved. They are pushed up along the slopes of the wedge pieces and spread out almost simultaneously.

Therefore, when two expanding members are used, the pull-out strength is twice as much as that of the conventional product, and since each expanding member expands almost simultaneously and bites into the hole wall and crimps, There is no inconvenience that the first expansion member is expanded and fixed, making it impossible to expand other expansion members, and since it adheres over a wide area to concrete with high compressive strength, a large frictional resistance can be obtained. It can generate a high tensile strength.
