【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案はアンカ本体の先端部がプラグのくさび作用で外
側方へ拡開させられるコンクリート用拡開アンカに関す
るものであり,コンクリートや岩石に穿設した取付孔の
中で拡開させて固定し,建築構築部材,機械などを止め
着けることに利用される。

状部26を有するプラグ25を前記孔に基端側から差込んで
傾斜孔23に圧入することにより,アンカ本体21の長手方
向へ延びる割溝24で分割されている先端部を拡開するよ
うにしたコンクリート用拡開アンカは広く知られてい
る。

考案が解決しようとする問題点 第3図のものは,拡開したときコンクリートの孔壁への
喰付きを良好ならしめ引抜強度の向上を意図するため凹
凸条を設けたものであるが,この凹凸条は切削加工によ
って形成しなければならないので製造上面倒であるばか
りか,先端部の外側方へ曲げられて拡開する部分に厚肉
部分と薄肉部分とが長手方向に交互に現われているため
剛性が劣化するとともに,コンクリートの孔壁へ喰込む
際にコンクリートを破壊して期待した引抜強度が得られ
ないという問題がある。

やすく、充分な引抜強度を得るのが困難であるという問
題がある。

問題点を解決するための手段 本考案は,先端面へ向って小径となる傾斜孔および長手
方向へ延びる割溝を先端部に有するアンカ本体と,先端
面へ向って小径となる錐状部を有し前記傾斜孔に圧入さ
れて前記アンカ本体の先端部を拡開するプラグとからな
り,前記アンカ本体は先端部外側周面に長手方向へ延び
るローレットが設けられている構成としたことにより前
記問題点を解決するための手段とした。

実施例 本考案を第1,2図に示す実施例に基いて説明すると,ア
ンカ本体1は前後に貫通した孔2が設けられている円筒
形に作られ基端に外側方へ僅かに拡がる鍔3を有してお
り,孔2の基端側は雌ねじ孔4となっているとともに先
端側は先端面へ向って次第に小径となる円錐状の傾斜孔
5となっている。また,アンカ本体1の先端部には長手
方向へ延びる割溝6の複数本一般には四本が周方向等間
隔で設けられ拡開可能に分割されており,且つ先端面か
ら基端へ向って長手方向に適当長さ延びるローレット
(平目ローレット)7が外側周面に設けられている。

端部が拡開し孔壁に喰付き固定するのである。ローレッ
ト7は孔壁に喰込んで接触面積を大きくする。

考案の効果 本考案のアンカ本体は,例えばダイスに嵌装してパンチ
を孔に圧入することによって傾斜孔とローレットとを一
挙に成形できるため,切削加工によることなく容易に製
造可能である。また,拡開する部分に設けたローレット
はアンカ本体の長手方向へ延びているため横断面積が長
手方向均一で剛性にすぐれており,またローレットは孔
壁に長手方向に喰込むので広い面積で接触するとともに
喰込む際にコンクリートを破壊しにくく、大きな摩擦抵
抗を発生して安定した固定力が得られるのである。

12mmのアンカ本体に同一寸法の傾斜孔を設け,同一寸法
のプラグを圧入して異なる径の取付孔における引抜強度
の試験を行なったところ,第6図のような結果が得られ
た。即ち、Aは本考案品、Bは第3図、Cは第4図、D
は第5図に示す従来品を示し、AおよびCのローレット
は頂角90度、高さ0.5mmの断面三角形の山形であっ
て、Aは山数28、Cは0.73mmピッチで軸線方向に
対し45度傾斜方向へ延び、いずれもローレットは先端
から軸線方向10mm長の範囲に設けた。Bの凹凸条は山
径12mm,谷径11.4mm、谷数3で先端から軸線方向
12mm長の範囲に設けた。これらを同一径の取付孔各三
個づつについて試験しそれぞれの引抜荷重の平均値を求
めた結果、本考案のものが従来のものに比べ大きな引抜
荷重に耐えることが判った。
