To attach and secure objects to a concrete surface,
A method as shown in FIG. 1 is used. In this figure, 1 is concrete, 2 is a hole drilled in concrete 1,
Reference numeral 3 denotes an anchor inserted into this hole, which consists of a cylindrical body 4 and a conical pin 5. The main body 4 has a plurality of slits 6 at its tip and can be expanded.
Furthermore, a protrusion and depression 7 is formed on the outer periphery of the distal end to prevent it from coming off, and a screw 8 is further cut on the inner circumferential surface of the rear end.
When using, drill holes 2 into concrete 1.
, fit the pin 5 to the tip of the cylindrical body 4, and
Insert into hole 2 as shown in the figure. Then, the protruding end of the cylindrical body 4 from the concrete surface is hit with a hammer or the like, and the body 4 is pushed into the hole 2. At this time pin 5
The pin 5 hits the bottom of the hole and does not move, so as the main body 4 is driven in, the pin 5 bites into the tip of the main body 4, and the tip is expanded by the conical circumferential surface of the pin 5, and the hole is expanded. It bites into the peripheral wall of No. 2 and is firmly fixed. Then, by screwing a bolt into the threaded portion 8 of the cylindrical body 4, the utensil can be easily fixed to concrete.

However, in an anchor having such a structure, the pin 5 easily comes off from the main body 4 and is easily lost. That is, normally the pins 5 are stored with their rear ends partially fitted into the cylindrical body 4, or they are stored individually and the pins 5 are fitted into the body 4 when in use, but generally a large number of pins are drilled. During the process of inserting this anchor into the hole 2, the pin 5 falls off from the main body 4, and having to pick it up or find it, fit it again, and insert it into the hole 2 becomes a tedious task, resulting in poor work efficiency. In addition, since the rear end of the anchor body 4 is inserted into the hole 2 and expanded by hitting the rear end of the anchor body 4, the circumferential surface of the hole 2 will be destroyed. The ends become deformed, making it impossible to screw in bolts for fixing items. Therefore, the wall thickness of the main body 4 needs to be increased, which means that if the bolt diameter is constant, it is necessary to use a thicker main body 4, which increases material costs, increases the diameter of the hole 2, Therefore, the labor required for construction increases.

FIG. 2 shows another example of the anchor, in which a thread 28 and a conical hole 30 are provided inside a cylindrical anchor body 21, a slit 32 is provided at the tip of the body, and a conical hole 30 is provided at the top of the hole 30. shaped pin 2
5 is fitted, and a plurality of grooves are provided at the outer periphery tip of the main body 21 to prevent it from coming off. In this anchor, a main body 21 is inserted into a hole drilled in concrete, and a pin 25 is struck from above with a rod or the like to force feed it to the tip of the main body, and the tip of the main body is expanded to fix the anchor body. This type of anchor does not need to be inserted into a hole by hitting the main body 21, so the wall thickness may be thin, but it is troublesome to drill the conical hole 30, resulting in high processing costs. Also, the pin 25 is connected to the main body 2 from above.
1, there is no risk of the pin falling out, but if you are carrying it around or inserting it into a hole in a ceiling from below, you must use your hands to prevent the pin from falling out.

The present invention improves these points and allows the pin to be reliably fitted and held in the anchor body, and there is no need to increase the wall thickness of the anchor body, and furthermore, it does not require complicated processing such as internal taper processing. It attempts to provide an anchor that is not needed. Next, the anchor of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples.

FIGS. 3 to 7 are diagrams illustrating the anchor according to the present invention. First, referring to FIG. 3, reference numeral 21 denotes an anchor body formed by processing a metal tube or a metal rod, and a two-stage through hole 10 consisting of a large diameter part and a small diameter part is bored in the center of the main body. For example, when making the main body 21 from an iron rod, such holes can be easily drilled by drilling the large diameter portion with a large diameter drill and drilling the small diameter portion 29 with a small diameter drill.

A stepped portion 24 is formed between the large diameter portion and the small diameter portion. Further, a plurality of slits 26, for example, four slits 26, are provided in the longitudinal direction from near the center to the tip of the main body 21, and unevenness 27 for preventing slippage is provided on the outer periphery of the tip of the main body. Further, a tapered portion 20 is formed at the rear end edge of the through hole of the anchor body 21, and this tapered portion 2
0 facilitates insertion and screwing of a bolt (not shown) into the threaded portion 28.

FIG. 6 is an enlarged side view of the retaining unevenness on the outer periphery of the tip of the main body. As shown in this figure, the unevenness 27 is formed by partially tapering the cylindrical peripheral surface of the main body. Of course, the unevenness may have any other suitable shape.

Next, as shown in FIG.
Insert the pin 25 from the tapered part 20 side of the anchor body 21, and apply a method such as rolling to the large diameter part of the anchor body 21 so that the diameter a of the threaded part is smaller than the diameter A of the small diameter part 29 of the anchor body 21. to form the threaded portion 28.

According to the anchor of the present invention with such a structure,
When in use, the pin-accommodating anchor body can be taken out of the container for storage or transportation and immediately inserted into the hole 2 in the concrete surface, and for convenience of work, for example, the anchor body 21 can be taken out, rolled onto the concrete surface, and left unattended. There is no possibility that the pin 25 and pin 25 will separate. In use, this anchor is inserted from its tip into the hole 2 in the concrete surface, and a rod or pipe (not shown) is inserted into the anchor body 2.
1, and hit the rear end of this rod to forcefully press the pin with its tip. As a result, pin 25 becomes pin 2
The cylindrical surface of the rear end of the anchor body 21 is led by the peripheral wall surface of the large diameter portion of the anchor body 21 and advances straight in the axial direction of the anchor body 21, and the pin 25 is connected to the anchor body 21.
The distal end of the hole 2 is widened, and the projections and depressions 27 for preventing slippage are strongly bitten into the peripheral wall of the hole 2 on the concrete surface. In this way, the anchor of the present invention is securely fixed to the concrete surface and used for fixing objects.

As is clear from a comparison with the anchor shown in Figure 1, the anchor of the present invention does not hit the outer anchor body to drive in, but instead strikes the inner pin to expand the stationary outer anchor body. The wall thickness of the anchor body can be made thinner, and material costs can be reduced. In addition, since the uneven portion on the outer periphery of the anchor body for preventing slippage does not damage the peripheral wall of the hole in the concrete surface, the strength of fixing the anchor to the concrete can be increased. There is also no fear of pins falling out. Furthermore, as is clear from a comparison with FIG. 2, no complicated work such as internal taper processing is required. Furthermore, in the anchor of the present invention, the pin is housed in the anchor body and will not fall off from the anchor body, so when inserting the anchor from bottom to top into a concrete ceiling etc. and fixing it, the pin will not fall off. To easily and reliably perform anchor fixing work without having to use hands to prevent this.
In addition, since the anchor of the present invention has a simple structure,
Can be provided at low price. In addition, even if the anchor body is made of other materials such as synthetic resin instead of the metal tube or metal rod, the effects of the present invention will still be achieved.
