Conventional technology Lightweight foamed concrete has been widely used in recent years as a building material with excellent functions such as fire prevention, earthquake prevention, and heat insulation.
On the other hand, when fixing or connecting other members, the material itself has extremely poor tightening effect on a driven object such as a nail, so the driven object itself needs to have an anchor function.

In general, bolts and nails with split legs that expand as they are driven are known as anchoring objects that have a split tip, but these have weak holding power, especially when it comes to the above-mentioned lightweight foam concrete. There was a problem that a sufficient anchor effect could not be obtained and it was easy to slip out.

Therefore, as an alternative to the above-mentioned anchor bolts and spread nails, a plastic sleeve is inserted into a pre-prepared drill hole, and this sleeve is expanded outward by screwing in or driving a nail into it. (Japanese Patent Publication No. 48-21015, British Patent No. 1330114, etc.), by driving a metal sleeve with an expanded piece at the lower end, and then inserting a pin etc. into this sleeve and driving it. A device that expands the above-mentioned expansion piece (Utility Model Publication No. 4502, Utility Model Publication No. 4502, Utility Model Application No. 48-
No. 45057, etc.), which consists of two members, have been proposed.

Problems to be solved by the invention However, although the conventionally proposed two-member structure has a good anchoring function and a large holding force against lightweight foamed concrete,
The former method, which uses a plastic sleeve, requires a three-step cumbersome operation including drilling holes, and has poor workability.
Further, the latter method using a metal sleeve requires a two-step pressing operation, which has the problem of poor workability and insufficient adhesion between the sleeve and the pin etc.

Means for Solving the Problems This invention was made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the conventional art. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a nail which has an excellent anchoring effect even on lightweight foamed concrete, and whose main body is firmly fixed to the sleeve so that there is no risk of it being pulled out.

That is, the nail according to this invention has, for the above-mentioned purpose, a metal sleeve in which a split groove is formed at the tapered lower end, and an insertion hole that opens in the brim-shaped head and reaches the upper part of the split groove; It has a shaft part below the nail head that is inserted into the insertion hole, and the upper circumferential surface of the shaft part is provided with a plurality of ribs along the axial direction, and the lower end of each rib forms a stepped part with respect to the surface of the shaft part. The diameter passing through the top of each rib of the nail body is larger than the diameter of the insertion hole, and the depth of the insertion hole is smaller than the overall length of the shaft and is equal to or equal to the length of the shaft under the rib. It is set larger than that.

In Figs. 1 to 4, reference numeral 1 denotes a metal nail body, in which a flange-shaped nail head 3 is integrally formed on the upper end of a round shaft portion 2 whose lower end 2a is cone-shaped. A plurality of ribs 4, 4, . . . are formed at equal intervals along the axial direction on the upper circumferential surface, and the lower end of each rib 4 constitutes a stepped portion 4a that is perpendicular to the surface of the shaft portion 2.

Reference numeral 5 denotes a metal sleeve, in which a flange-shaped head 7 is integrally formed at the upper end of a cylindrical body 6, and a lower end 8 of the body 6 is cut diagonally from both sides in the radial direction to form a wedge shape. Expansion pieces 8a, 8a are formed by grooves 9 formed into a tapered shape and cut in the axial direction from the central lower end of the wedge shape in the lower end portion 8,
A concentric insertion hole 10 that opens in the head 7 and reaches the upper part of the split groove 9 is provided. The bottom 10a of the insertion hole 10 has a dome shape corresponding to the lower end 2a of the shaft portion 2 of the nail body 1.

Therefore, the depth L of the insertion hole 10 of the sleeve 5 is smaller than the total length l 1 of the shank 2 of the nail body 1 and the same as or larger than the length l 2 of the shank 2 below the rib 4. , and its diameter D is the diameter d 1 of the shaft portion 2.
It is set to be larger and smaller than the diameter d 2 passing through the top of each rib 4. In other words, l 1 >L≧l 2 , d 1 <D
< d2 . Therefore, when the shaft portion 2 of the nail body 1 is inserted into the insertion hole 10 of the sleeve 5, the nail body 1 is locked at the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 10 at the stepped portion 4a at the lower end of each rib 4.

The driving operation is performed by inserting the nail head 3 of the nail body 1 into the sleeve 5 as shown in FIG. 5A.
All you have to do is press it with a hammer or the like. This driving force is transmitted to the sleeve 5 through the abutting portions of each step 4a of the nail body 1 and the peripheral edge of the insertion hole 10, and
The lightweight foam concrete layer 1 is guided by the tapered lower end 8 of the sleeve 5 in an integrated state with the sleeve 5.
2, as shown in FIG. 5B. 5C, the head 7 of the sleeve 5 is attached to the member 1.
2, the entry of the sleeve 5 is stopped due to the resistance, but by further applying pressure to the nail head of the nail body 1, the rib 4 is crushed and the gap between the shaft portion 2 and the insertion hole 10 is closed. The lower end 2a of the shaft portion 2 presses the hole bottom 10a of the insertion hole 10, and this pressing causes both expansion pieces 8a, 8a of the lower end portion 8 of the sleeve 5 to be driven in. is pushed outward across the split groove 9, and finally, as shown in FIG. 5D, the lower surface of the nail head 3 comes into contact with the head 7 of the sleeve 5, completing the driving.

In this driven state, both expansion pieces 8 of the sleeve 5
a, 8a are opened in a figure-eight shape in the lightweight foamed concrete layer 11, so that a sufficient anchoring effect is exhibited, and the nail body 1 has each rib 4 crushed and the insertion hole 10 of the shaft portion 2 and the sleeve 5. Since it is press-fitted into the gap with the inner surface and strongly crimped to the inner surface, it is fixed to the sleeve 5 without being able to be removed.

In this invention, the detailed structure of the nail body and the sleeve can be designed in various ways other than those exemplified in the above embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG.
6a... may be provided to enhance the retaining effect. It is also possible to form the lower end of the sleeve 5 into a simple conical shape, or to form the grooves 9 in a cross shape in two directions or in a radial pattern in multiple directions. Further, the number, width, height, etc. of the ribs 4 of the nail body 1 may be determined depending on the material, the gap between the insertion hole 10 and the shaft portion 2, etc.

Effects of the invention When driving the nail according to this invention into lightweight foamed concrete, etc., the nail head of the nail body is simply driven in one step with the shaft part of the nail body inserted into the insertion hole of the metal sleeve. The input is finished by the operation,
The lower end of the sleeve expands outward across the split groove, providing an excellent anchoring effect, and the rib provided on the shaft of the nail body collapses as the nail is driven into the nail, firmly crimping it against the inner surface of the insertion hole. Therefore, the nail body is fixed to the sleeve in a non-removable manner.
