Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an anchor fitting which is driven into a wall surface for fixing and locking panels, tiles or various articles on a wall surface such as concrete. More specifically, post-installed anchor fittings are fixed in the wall by drilling holes in concrete or other walls or columns, inserting an anchor socket, driving a wedge into the anchor socket, and expanding the tip. It is about.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as an anchor fitting to be embedded in a wall or a pillar made of concrete or the like by post-processing, as shown in FIG. 5, a tapered shape is used so that the inner wall surface of the distal end portion 2 of the tubular anchor socket 1 becomes narrower toward the distal end. A hole formed in the wall 6 by forming a split groove 3 in the front end 2 and pressing the wedge 5 into the front end 2 from the rear end 4 side of the anchor socket 1 to press-fit the front end 2. 7 was fixed by pressing the tip 2 against the inner wall. In some cases, the inner wall surface of the distal end portion 2 of the anchor socket 1 is not formed in a tapered shape, and a ring-shaped convex portion is provided inside by press working or the like.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-8-128210
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional anchor fitting shown in FIG. 5, in order to press-fit the wedge 5 into the anchor socket 1, the wedge 5 must be driven into the distal end side 2 by hitting the wedge 5 using a driving jig 8 and a hammer. There is a problem that the noise spreads over the wall 6 not only in the adjacent section (room) but also in a wide range of buildings, such as a condominium.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to obtain a canker metal fitting that does not require a hit to press the wedge 5 in order to minimize noise generated during construction.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems, and a wedge 5 is press-fitted into an anchor socket 1 inserted into a hole formed in a wall or a pillar to expand a tip end of the anchor socket. In the anchor fitting, the side surface is pressed against and fixed to the wall surface of the hole, a male screw is formed on the outer surface of the wedge, and the wedge is screwed into the anchor socket for press-fitting.
[0007]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment of the present invention, wherein 1 is an anchor socket and 5 is a wedge. The anchor socket 1 has a substantially cylindrical shape in which a flange 10 is formed on a rear end portion 4, and the inner surface is formed in a tapered shape so that the front end portion 2 becomes narrower toward the front end. A screw 8 is formed. Further, the front end portion 2 is provided with four split grooves 3 at 90 ° intervals, and formed with a concave portion 9 around the inner portion of the hole 7 so as to make it difficult to come off when pressed against the inner wall of the hole 7. As shown in FIG. 2A, rib-like projections 13 for stopping rotation are provided at two or four locations around the back side of the flange 10. The wedge 5 has a shell shape in which the distal end side of a hollow cylinder is narrowed, and a male screw 11 screwed to the female screw 8 is formed on the outer surface. At the rear end of the wedge 5, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), a groove 12 for rotation by a screwdriver or the like is formed. In other words, the groove 12 is formed in a hollow screw shape.
[0008]
Next, the procedure and operation of the anchor with the above configuration will be described with reference to FIG.
First, a hole 7 having a required depth and diameter is formed in the wall 6 by a drill or the like, and the anchor socket 1 is inserted as shown in FIG. When the anchor socket 1 is inserted up to the flange 10, the wedge 5 is screwed in from the rear end 4 side with a screwdriver or the like. At this time, since the anchor socket 1 is pressed against the wall 6, the projection 13 provided on the back side of the flange 10 is prevented from cutting into the wall 6 to prevent the anchor socket 1 from rotating together. When the wedge 5 is screwed into the distal end portion 2 of the anchor socket 1, the distal end portion 2 is expanded and pressed against the inner wall surface of the hole 7 to be fixed, as shown in FIG.
Further, if necessary, an adhesive is injected from the rear end portion 4 side and fixed.
[0009]
In the above embodiment, the female screw 8 is formed on the entire inner surface from the rear end portion 4 of the anchor socket 1 to the tip of the distal end portion 2. However, the present invention is not limited to this. The female screw 8 may not be formed on the inner surface, but the male screw 11 of the wedge 5 may be formed with a tapping screw and screwed. In this case, it is necessary to form the male screw 11 near the tip of the wedge 5.
[0010]
Further, a portion other than the distal end portion of the anchor socket 1 may be formed to have an inner diameter that can be inserted without press-fitting the wedge 5, and the male screw 11 of the wedge 5 may be screwed only to the distal end portion 2.
[0011]
Further, as shown in FIG. 4, a portion other than the distal end portion of the anchor socket 1 is formed to have an inner diameter that can be inserted without pressing the wedge 5, and the concave portion 9 is formed at the distal end portion 2 by pressing or the like. Alternatively, the convex portion 14 may be formed on the inner surface side, and the male screw 11 of the wedge 5 may be formed with a tapping screw and screwed.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, since the female screw is formed on the inner surface of the anchor socket and the wedge having the male screw formed on the outer surface is screwed in, the wedge is pressed in without being hit with a hammer or the like. This has the effect that noise during construction can be reduced as much as possible.
When the female screw is formed on the inner surface of the anchor socket as in claim 2, the wedge can be securely screwed.
When the male screw of the wedge is formed by the tapping screw as in claim 3, it is not necessary to form the female screw of the anchor socket, and the manufacture of the anchor is facilitated.
As in claim 4, the portion other than the distal end portion of the anchor socket is formed to have an inner diameter that can be inserted without press-fitting the wedge, and the female screw is formed so that the male screw of the wedge is screwed only to the distal end portion. In this case, the length of screwing the wedge can be extremely short, so that the working time during construction can be shortened.
In the case where the wedge is hollow, the adhesive can easily penetrate to the tip of the anchor socket when the adhesive is injected.
