Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the construction of a pier by a method in which a temporary support base is landed on the bottom, skew piles are hung down into the cylinder of a template and driven, cement mortar is poured into the skew piles, and the heads of the skew piles are welded and fixed to the template. CONSTITUTION:A temporary support base 1 and templates 10 are delivered to a construction site by a crane ship and the legs 2 of the temporay support base 1 are landed on the bottom and driven by a jack 4. Steel tubular skew piles 13 are hung down into the cylinder of the template 10 by a pile driving ship 30 and driven by a driver 31 until the piles 13 reach rockbed R. Pin piles are inserted into the skew piles 13 and cement mortar is poured into the piles 13. The heads of the piles 13 are welded and fixed to the templates 10 and the temporary support base 1 is removed out. Thus even when the deposit layer under water surface is thin, the skew piles can be easily driven, and therefore, piers can be easily constructed.

For example, when driving piles for a bridge pier below the water surface or sea level, if there is sufficient sedimentary soil under the water surface, the piles can stand on their own, making it easy to construct the pier. However, if the piled soil layer is thin In some cases, construction is carried out by the jacket method or the sepp method, which uses offshore. The Jakera 1~ method involves placing a jacket on the bottom of the water (ifii bottom), erecting piles on the bottom of the water, and pouring concrete, and the Sepp method involves constructing using a offshore work boat.

However, the jacket method has the disadvantage of requiring a large amount of steel, and the reality is that the SEP (sea work boat) method is difficult to procure because the number of ships in Japan is small.

According to the present invention, a temporary support stand and a ten-brake 1~ are prepared, but the temporary support stand is a +11-shaped hour wheel and has a small number of steel cans. Since it is used repeatedly for construction, the cost is extremely low and it is easy to process. 3.Also, both 1c crane ships and pile driving ships are plentiful, so it is difficult to procure them as in offshore work 11 [). This does not pose a problem to the construction work.

Finally, as shown in Fig. '13, the heads of the diagonal piles 13, 13... are welded and fixed to the tension plate 1-10. Since the temporary support stand 1 is no longer needed, it is transported to the next construction site by the crane ship 20. The pile driving is then completed through the usual processes such as mortar curing and concrete pouring. (Details) J: Sea urchin, when it comes to this invention, Reg and Gushisigbawa~
A crane ship and a piling boat can be easily procured by preparing a temporary support base with a jack and a template depicting a cylindrical part fixed diagonally to the connecting part O. Therefore, it is possible to drive a diagonal pile at the sea surface or below the water surface even if the lamination is thin. Moreover, it is possible to drive the pile at low = 1 stroke.
