Conventional methods for pre-processing industrially produced fabrics, such as desizing and scouring, involve the use of large amounts of heat resources, water resources, or specific sources under high or normal pressure. Moist heat treatment using chemicals is well known. To describe an example of this well-known pretreatment in detail, for example, a cloth to be treated is impregnated with a treatment solution containing a caustic solution mixed with a penetrant, etc., and is steamed in a reaction chamber under normal pressure or high pressure. Teaming is continued for a predetermined period of time to perform a reaction with a chemical solution to complete the pretreatment, and then water washing is repeatedly performed as a means to remove the chemical solution or impurities and/or deposits that always adhere to the treated cloth. The washed cloth is dried by passing it through a dryer to complete the desired pretreatment. However, with such pre-treatment means, a chemical solution for treatment is required, a large amount of steam is required to cause the chemical solution to constantly react with the fabric, and some residual liquid is always contained in the fabric after the reaction treatment. A large number of water washers are required to remove impurities and/or deposits, a large amount of water resources are required to be supplied to each of these washers, and a device is required to dispose of the washed waste liquid. Currently, a large amount of water resources and thermal energy are expended to pre-treat Fudake.

Furthermore, since the waste liquid discharged from washing machines inevitably contains chemicals, problems such as waste liquid pollution arise, and the treatment of the waste liquid also requires large equipment costs, personnel costs, etc. Therefore, it lacked economic efficiency, especially for the textile processing industry. The present invention has been made in view of the above,
Enables the pretreatment of textile products such as Futake using low-temperature plasma without using almost any thermal energy or water resources. The object of the present invention is to provide a low-temperature plasma treatment apparatus for textile products that can achieve uniform and effective plasma treatment.

When the winding by the take-up shaft 7 is completed, the take-up shaft 6 is reversed and the winding is switched to the take-up shaft 6.

Further, these electrode plates 8 and 9 are required to be made of, for example, wire mesh or porous metal so that the gas is dispersed and distributed uniformly over the entire surface of the electrode plates. This is because a substantially uniform low-temperature plasma can be generated from the entire surface of the electrode plate, and the gas excited by the high frequency can be caused to float substantially uniformly near the entire surface of the metal plate. 10 is a gas nozzle for blowing out oxygen, a mixed gas containing oxygen, argon, or other gas toward the entire surface of the electrode plate 8; 11 is an intake gas nozzle 101 disposed opposite the upper and lower electrode plates 8 and 9; It's a duct.

Reference numeral 12 denotes an enclosure provided around the electrode plate 8, and this enclosure 12 prevents the scattering of the low-temperature plasma generated by the electrode plates 8 and 9, and allows the excited gas to efficiently act on Fudake. This is what I did.

Next, drive the vacuum pump 14 to reduce the degree of vacuum in the reactor 1 to 0.
.. 1 to 20 Torr, preferably 0.6 to 0. While adjusting and maintaining the water level, oxygen or a mixed gas containing oxygen or other gas is supplied into the reactor 1 from the gas nozzle 10, and the vacuum degree in the reactor 1 is adjusted so that it is always about ITom. Then, high frequency power, for example 13.58 MH2, is supplied to the electrode plate from a high frequency power source to generate low temperature plasma. Next, the winding shaft is driven to move the cloth 2 between the two electrode plates, that is, in the low-temperature plasma atmosphere. In this way, when the textile product is moved into a low-temperature plasma atmosphere, by driving the vacuum pump 14, an intake action is applied to the intake duct, and the low-temperature plasma is transmitted to the surface of the textile product and between the fibers, and reaches the inner core of the fabric. By applying the low-temperature plasma, part of the impurities contained in the fibers of the cloth 2 and the sizing agent applied to the fibers are dispersed, and some of them are made hydrophilic, making them water-soluble. It becomes easily soluble. The processing conditions for generating the above-mentioned low-temperature plasma, such as power, gas type, gas flow rate, and processing time, can be appropriately selected depending on the quality of the fabric to be processed and the processing purpose. The embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is one in which the skein yarn 2' is subjected to low-temperature plasma treatment, but mechanically it is almost the same as the embodiment described above. The only difference is that the rotation support shaft 15 for the skein yarn has been changed, and a guide roll 16 has been added.

As described above, the present invention provides a material transfer means for rolling up and transferring a material to be processed in a vacuum reactor equipped with a vacuum mechanism, and a plasma generation in the material to be processed transferred by this transfer means. In a plasma gas treatment apparatus equipped with a gas supply means for applying a gas and a plasma generation electrode, a pair of wire mesh or porous metal plates are installed at intervals so as to sandwich the textile product transferred in the vacuum reactor. and a planar gas nozzle having a planar area approximately equal to the planar area of the electrode plate and for blowing out plasma generating gas all at once over the entire surface of one of the electrode plates. According to this, it is a low-temperature plasma treatment equipment for textile products.
By processing textile products in a low-temperature plasma atmosphere, without using thermal energy, water resources, or chemicals,
Since it is possible to perform pre-treatment including water removal, the pre-treatment of textile products can be carried out economically and quickly without causing waste liquid pollution.Furthermore, according to the present invention, the pair of electrode plates can be formed by wire mesh or The electrode plate is made of a porous metal plate or the like and is designed to allow plasma gas to flow between both electrode plates from the entire surface of the electrode plate. There is a method that can generate a uniform plasma atmosphere in the process, thereby making it possible to apply plasma treatment uniformly over the entire surface of textile products such as cloth products.

Furthermore, according to the present invention, when the textile products to be treated, such as skeins and threads, are transferred in the reactor, the textile products are transferred close to the electrode plate, so that low-temperature plasma is not applied between the fibers. It has good permeability, and has the effect of allowing low-temperature plasma to be applied to the inner core of the fiber.
