、該下型上に下降してくる上型により、長尺シートの上
面に突き出た金具の筒部の一部を押し広げて金具を長尺
シ−トに仮に取付け、その後、上記の金具を仮に取付け
た長尺シートを次の金具本かしめ工程に送ることを特徴
とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載のシリンダへツドガス
ケツトの連続製造方法。3 必要な孔抜きをしたガスケ
ツト用長尺シートの孔にグロメツト及び鳩目等の金具を
仮に取付ける金具仮取付け装置、仮に取付けた金具を全
体的にかしめる金具本かしめプレス、全体的にかしめた
金具を長尺シートに圧着する金具圧着プレス、金具圧着
した長尺シートから製品形状のガスケツトを打抜く外周
打抜きプレス、を設け、金具仮取付け装置が、金具を装
着済の下型を、長尺シ−トの下まで移動させ、長尺シー
ト直下の所定位置に保持する下型運搬装置、長尺シ−ト
を押し下げて長尺シートの孔に金具の筒部を挿入すると
共に下型との間で長尺シ−トを押持するシート押え装置
、該下型上に上型を下降させて長尺シ−トの上面に突き
出た金具の筒部の‐一部を押し広げる仮かしめプレスを
有し、金具仮取付け装置の中の下型運搬装置が、長尺シ
ートの下側に位置し、上面に載覆した複数の下型を回転
により長尺シートの中城外に出し得るようにしたターン
テーブルと、該ターンテーブルの下側に位着し、該ター
ンテーブルの回転により長尺シート下の所定位置まで移
動させた金具装着済の下型を下方から押し上げ長尺シー
ト直下の所定の高さに保持する昇降装置とを有すること
を特徴とするシリンダヘツドガスケツトの連続製造装置

置が、 長尺シートの下側に位置し、上面に載置した複
数の下型を回転により長尺シートの巾域外に出し得るよ
うにしたターンテーブルと、 該ターンテーブルの下側
に位置し、該ターンテーブルの回転により長尺シート下
の所定位置まで移動させた金具装置済の下型を下方から
押し上げ長尺シート直下の所定の高さに保持する昇降装
置とを有することを特徴とするシリンダヘツドガスケツ
トの連続製造装置。
