However, this has the problem that water leaks from the joint between the plate and the water tank, making it unusable for a long period of time. Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have devised a method of injecting a resin such as polyurethane between the plate and the water tank and curing the resin, thereby bonding the two together.

First, a plate is placed on the upper surface of the lower mold, and this plate is slid so that its joining edge rests on the elastic sealing material embedded in the lower mold. A water tank is placed on top of the elastic seal member of the lower mold so as to face the joining end of the plate, and a resin is injected between the part and the plate to perform bonding molding. However, in this case, if the opening green part of the aquarium is distorted and the closing green part is distorted in an uneven shape as shown by the broken line a in Fig. 9, the aquarium closing edge of the completed husband plate with the aquarium will be distorted. There was a problem that the image would become distorted and become unsightly. The present invention has been made in view of these points, and an object thereof is to provide a molding device that can produce a water tank-equipped end plate of stable quality. An explanation will be given below using an example of a molding apparatus for a top plate with a water tank as shown in FIG.

First, the lower mold stand 3 is normally located in front of the base 1 as shown in FIG. 1, and the user places the plate 16 with the cutout hole upside down on the lower mold 11 thereon. Then, turn the clamp switch 34 shown in FIG.
, 27 to position and fix the plate 16. As a result, the plate 16 is pressed onto the lower mold 11 as shown in FIG. Next, the water tank 21 is placed upside down in the hollow hole of the plate 16. At this time, the water tank 21 is stacked so that the stepped portion 21b of the opening edge flange 21a competes with and is supported by the water tank support 18 provided inside the elastic sealing material 13, as shown in FIG. As a result, the water tank 21 is held at a predetermined position without being touched by the elastic sealing material 13, and no positional deviation occurs. When the battle layer of the water tank 20 is finished, the user turns on the operation switch 35.

As a result, the first plunger 2 is actuated, and the lower mold stand 3 is moved toward the support column 4 side. When the lower mold table 3 moves to a predetermined position, the mitt switch 7 is turned on, the second plunger 5 is activated, and the upper mold table 6 is lowered. This upper mold stand 6
As the upper die 29 descends, the water tank member 2 is lowered as shown in FIG.
The water tank member 21 and the plate body 1 are moved upwardly so as to cover the space between the closing edge flange portion 21a of the water tank member 21 and the plate body 16.
6 is pressed onto the lower mold 11. At this time, the water tank 21 is the fifth,
As shown in FIG. 6, it is crimped onto a part of the elastic sealing material 13, and at the same time, the conductive piece 20a of each touch switch 20 is pressed until it is flush with the upper surface of the lower mold, and the lamp 22 is turned on. Become. However, the closing green flange of the aquarium 21 is distorted, and even though a part of it is pressed by the upper die 29, the lamp 22 will not light up unless it comes into contact with one of the touch switches 20. Defects can be discovered. Therefore, if the user replaces the water tank 21 at this stage, the water tank 21 can always be a regular one without distortion, and the occurrence of defective products can be reduced. Further, in this embodiment, a touch switch is used as a sensing means for detecting the distortion of the water tank 21, and a space 23 is provided below the conductive piece 20a.
Even if the conductive piece 20a comes into contact with 0a, it escapes to the space 23 side, and no local stress is applied to the closed green part of the aquarium 21. Therefore, according to this configuration, there is an advantage that water droplets are prevented from forming on the closed green flange portion of the water tank 21. On the other hand, when the user turns on the switch 36 after seeing the lamp 22 lit, the limit switch 10 is turned on due to the lowering of the upper die 29, so the pressurization time setting timer 37 starts operating.

Then, after a certain period of time has elapsed, the timer contact 37a is turned on, the second plunger 5 is operated, and the upper die 29 is raised.
During this time, the user inserts the injection hose 33 of the casting device 32 into the resin injection port 31 of the upper mold 29 and pours the resin for Western molds into the gap t between the plate 16 and the water tank 21. When this resin is cured, the upper mold 29 is raised as described above. That is, the pressurization time setting timer 37 is set to the time required for resin injection and curing of the resin as the operating time. When the casting is finished as described above and the upper mold 9 rises, the limit switch 9 turns ○N, and the lower mold return relay 3
8 is operated and its relay contact 38a is turned on. This causes the first plunger 2 to operate and the lower die 11 to return to its original position. Then, the limit switch 8 is pressed, and the normally closed contact 8a is opened, and at the same time, the normally open contact 8b is closed to operate the relay 39, and the relay contact 39a is opened.
Switch to FF and finish one Western style. The resin molded in this way is cured and the plate body 16 and the water tank 21 are joined together to provide a top plate with a water tank as shown in FIG.

In addition, 40 in the figure is resin. As is clear from the above description of the embodiments, according to the molding apparatus of the present invention, the sensing means provided in the lower mold detects the distortion of the water tank, so that a defective water tank can be used as it is to make a husband plate with a water tank. This problem has been eliminated, and the finished aquarium plate can have a clean aquarium surface with no distortion, so it has great industrial value.
