結合成形する成型装置に関するものである。

ウレタン等の樹脂を注入してこれを硬化させることによ
り前記両者を一体に結合するものを考えた。

ためこの水槽が弾性シール材からずり落ち、板体と水槽
との間の間隙がばらついて結合強度にばらつきが生じた
り、外観が低下する低下する問題があった。すなわち出
釆上がった水槽付き夫坂の品質が安定しない問題があっ
た。本発明はこのような点に鑑みてなしたもので、品質
の安定した水槽付き天板が得られる成型装置を提供しよ
うとするものである。

4〜6図に示す如くバネ19によって上下動自在に支持
してあり、合成樹脂等によって形成してある。
