ある。This bonding method has a relatively simple structure and is advantageous in terms of cost because it can omit the mounting hardware used in the past, so specific methods are being actively researched, but it is easy to install. However, there is no method for holding the panel and tank container in place, or a method for quickly joining them together, which can be used in mass production processes, and requires a large number of equipment or expensive equipment. Currently, we have not obtained anything that can be used in the mass production process.

A tube-like object, a rubber-like object, etc. that contains gas is inserted so that it is higher than the specified position, and force is applied to this object to utilize the deformation and repulsive force of the elastic body to separate the panel and tank container. The relative position of the two is positioned at the desired position, and the end surfaces of the two are fixed using a filler having adhesive and sealing properties. In particular, for connections where the ends of the panel and tank container are on the same level, which has recently become a strong demand, this method makes it very easy to use a flat gauge. By pressing with a gauge, you can easily obtain the same plane without any problems. If an elastic body is used to prevent the filler from flowing out, it is possible to create a gap with a closed bottom, that is, a groove-like gap between the panel and the edge of the tank container, making it easier to place the filler in a designated location. It can be injected into.

It also has the advantage of being easy and reliable to manage the process. Naturally, it is also preferable for transporting the finished product and processing it in the next step. As described above, the present method has various advantages that have not been seen before, and is characterized by being inexpensive and easy to implement even by a person without special skills.

The figure shows a state in which the end portion 4 of the tank container is placed on the connection stand 2 with an elastic body 5 interposed therebetween. It is preferable to provide a layer 3 of mold release material on a part of the connection base 2 in order to improve mold release properties from the filler. Next, as shown in FIG. 2, the panel 1 is placed on the workbench 2.

If the pressure surface of the pressure plate 6 is lined with a flexible and releasable material, such as silicone rubber, scratches and leakage of the filler can be more reliably prevented. It is preferable. As shown in FIG. 3, the descending pressure plate 6 presses down on the end 4 of the tank vessel, then contacts the panel 1 and stops when the panel 1 is completely pressed against the connecting base 2.

断面図てある。By this operation, the horizontal portions of the panel 1 and the end portion 4 of the tank container can be aligned at predetermined positions. At the same time, a gap is formed between the panel 1, the end 4 of the tank container, the connecting base 2, and the elastic body 5 into which a filler is injected for connection. It goes without saying that by applying pressure to the panel 1 and the end portion 4 of the tank container by applying height differences to the pressure surface of the pressure plate 6, it is possible to select the positional relationship therebetween. FIG. 4 is a sectional view showing the filling of the filler.

は接続終了時の状態を示す。A filler is injected from a filler inlet 8 provided on the pressure plate 6 to fill the void 10. Since the filler closes all four circumferences of the cavity 10, it does not flow out and completely fills the cavity 10, and the surface that connects the panel 1 and the end of the tank container is also precisely aligned with the surface of the presser plate 6. form a surface. When using a filler feeder during this filling, it is preferable to fit the nozzle 7 of the filler feeder into the filler injection port 8. In addition, according to this method, no filler is left in the filler injection port 8 of the presser plate 6, so that injection marks are not noticeable.
Therefore, this is a very effective method when appearance is important. During filling, the installation of air vents, air leak slits, and the number of filler inlet ports should be done in the usual manner, depending on the size and material of the objects to be joined, the physical properties of the filler used, etc. There is no problem if you decide. FIG. 5 shows the state at the end of the connection.

Regarding a method for connecting the ends of a panel and a tank container, when the panel and the tank container are placed on a stand for connection work, there is an elastic gap between at least one of the panel or the tank container and the stand. By inserting a solid body with elasticity and applying force to the object placed on it in the direction in which the elastic body compresses the object, the panel and tank container can be moved. At the same time as the panel is brought to the desired position relative to the edge, a gap is formed between the panel, the edge of the tank container, and the workbench, and a filler with adhesive and sealing properties is applied to the gap. A method of connecting a panel and a tank container by feeding the panel and connecting the panel and the end of the tank container. 2. A method for connecting a panel and a tank container according to claim 1, in which the elastic body has a continuous shape to prevent the filler from flowing out.
