当接させる構造とし、固定接点の側部周囲には凹部を設
け、且つ、各接点間には金型により突部を突出させる構
成とし、上記金型内のキャビティに溶融樹脂を充填しハ
ウジングを成型するように構成したことを特徴とするス
イッチ用ハウジングの製造方法。
2. A method of manufacturing a switch housing, comprising: supplying a hoop material having a plurality of fixed contacts to a mold device; and filling a cavity of the mold device with a molten resin to mold the switch housing. A structure in which the upper surface of the fixed contact is brought into contact with the mold, a recess is provided around the side of the fixed contact, and a projection is projected between the contacts by a mold, and the cavity in the mold is provided. A method for manufacturing a switch housing, characterized in that a housing is formed by filling a molten resin into the housing.
