Generally, to form an uneven pattern on the surface of a wood material and make it look crazy, the wood material is softened by boiling or steaming at a high temperature, and then embossed in that state. This was done by drying.

When manufacturing a decorative body in this way, when drying the wood material after embossing, the moisture distribution of the wood material is as shown in the moisture distribution diagram in the board thickness direction in Figure 1.
Since there are fewer front and back surfaces and more inside, which is uneven, problems such as cracks and distortions occur as drying progresses. In addition, the steps of boiling, embossing, and drying were required, making the process long. As a result of repeated research to eliminate these drawbacks, the inventors found that when a wood material is irradiated with high frequency waves (microwaves), heat is generated by the vibration of water molecules within the wood material, and the wood It was discovered that the material is softened and dried at the same time.

As a result of further research, we found that the moisture distribution within the wood material during high-frequency heating, as shown in the moisture distribution diagram in the board thickness direction in Figure 2, during processing such as bending. Because there are more front and back sides where tensile and compressive forces are applied,
If embossing is performed at the same time as high-frequency heating,
He discovered that wood materials can be easily transformed and completed this invention. That is, the present invention is a method for producing a fried salmon body by applying pressure to a base material using a mold having an uneven pattern on the mold surface, and transferring and forming the uneven pattern on the mold surface onto the surface of the base material. Therefore, when pressurizing the base material,
The gist of this method is to perform high-frequency heating on the base material.

Furthermore, high-frequency heating allows drying so that the moisture distribution is relatively uniform, thereby preventing the occurrence of cracks, distortions, etc. that occur as the drying progresses. In addition, if the sheet-like IQ-hoko material is layered on the surface of the substrate with adhesive in advance, it becomes possible to transfer the uneven pattern and attach the A-8 board material at the same time. . Furthermore, a plurality of colored sheet-like decorative materials are layered on the surface of the base material in advance via an adhesive, and in this state, pressure treatment is performed while high-frequency heating is performed. When the surface composed of sheet-like bead material is polished, several pieces of colored sheet-like decorative material inside will appear from the polished surface, and a vermilion pattern will be formed on the surface of the decorative body. It will become. In addition, in order to smoothly transfer the uneven pattern, it is preferable to perform preliminary high-frequency heating on the substrate prior to the pressure treatment. It is preferable to leave it in this state.

Next, adhesive is applied to the surface of the sensitized wood material, and a sheet-like decorative material such as dyed veneer, veneer, or resin-impregnated paper is layered on top of that, and then a mold with an uneven pattern on the mold surface is placed. Overlap the
The grand prize material is then irradiated with high frequency waves and subjected to pressure treatment while performing high frequency heating. This state is shown in FIG. 3 (in FIG. 3, the mold is shown floating for convenience). In FIG. 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a wooden material, 2 a sheet-like decorative material, 3 a mold, and 4 a moisture drain hole through which moisture evaporated during high-frequency heating escapes as shown by the arrow. In this way, by pressurizing the wood material 1 with the mold 3 while performing high-frequency heating, the transfer formation of the uneven pattern, the adhesion of the sheet-like material 2, and the wood material 1
Drying is carried out at the same time, and the desired cosmetic body is obtained. In addition, multiple colored sheets of Ikehokomura are layered with adhesive on the surface of the wood material that has been softened by preliminary high-frequency heating.
This was treated in the same manner as above to produce an I○ snake body 6 having a colored sheet-like decorative material layer 5 on its surface as shown in FIG.
The surface of this material may be polished to expose several pieces of the internal colored sheet-like decorative material from the polished surface, thereby forming a vermilion pattern.

Then, on top of that, a mold with an uneven pattern on the mold surface (the height difference between the concave part and the convex part is on the 1 to 3 side) is placed on top of it, and pressurized (pressure 3
0X9/Sakaki) and simultaneously irradiated with high frequency for 3 to 5 minutes. In this way, a striped ebony-like decorative body with an uneven pattern formed on the surface was obtained. [Example 2] After irradiating high frequency (245 MHZ, output 2.0 kW) for 4 to 5 minutes to Quercus oak wood (moisture content: 80 to 90% by weight) with a thickness of 1 inch, its surface was coated with moisture-curing urethane. Teak veneer (0.3 sail thickness) coated with adhesive was layered.
