るガス分圧測定用センサーの較正装置の制御電気回路図

サ、３・・・センサースポット、９・・・主電源スイッ
チ、１２．１２’・・・２方電磁弁、１４・・・ガス分
圧測定用−センサー、１７・・・スイッチ手段。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 第１および第２ガスボンさからの２種の標準ガ′　　ス
    カ絡ガス回路に沿って概ね一定流量にてかつ水蒸気飽和
    され、かつ制御電気回路の操作により切−換可能に一方
    の標準ガスがセンサースポットへ供゛　　　　給され、
    他方の標準ガスが外部べ排出されるようにして該センサ
    ースポットへ供給されるガス分圧測定用センサーの較正
    装置において、該ガス分圧゛測定用センサーを該センサ
    ースポットに載置した時に接続されから取外した時に切
    断されるスイッチ手段を該センサニスポット部に慇け、
    かつ各該第１および第２ガスボンベの出口に隣接して各
    該ガス回路に２方電磁弁を設け、各該２方電磁弁が該ス
    イッチ手段の切断時およ、　　　　び該制御電気回路の
    主電源スイッチの切断時に閉止されることを特徴とする
    ガス分圧測定用センサーの較正装置。
