Claims (1)
- 流体圧源とタンクとの間に設けられて入口ポート22と
出口ポート23とを連通子る連通位置及び入口ポート2
2と出口ポート23とを遮断する遮断位置に切換えられ
る電磁弁の誤作動を検出す−る装置において、前記入口
ポート22と連通したシリンダ室32内にプランジャ3
3を嵌挿して受圧室34を形成したことを特徴とする電
磁弁の誤作動検出装置。
