デンサ、Ｒ１・・・出力抵抗。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 電源のオンおよびオフ時に所定のリセットパルスを発生
    する回路において、二つのトランジスタＱ１およびＣ２
    を用い、電源のオン時にはトランジスタＱ１のエミッタ
    電位を短い時間で上昇させ、かつ、そのベース電位を長
    い時間で上昇させて所−定のパルスを発生させ、まだ電
    源のオフ時にはトランジスタＱ１のエミッタ電位を長い
    時間で下降させ、かつ、そのベース電位をトランジスタ
    Ｑ２のベース・エミッタダイオードによって短時間で下
    降させると同時に、トランジスタＱ２を過飽和動作させ
    て、負荷にトランジスタＱ□のエミッタ電位が印加され
    ている状態でリセットパルスを発生し、解除させるよう
    に構成したことを特徴とするパルス発生回路。
