In this case, in order to fix the rail 5, the rail fitting hole 2a is
, 2b, 2Q... need to be smaller than the diameter of the hollow cylindrical shape, so the rail 5 is inserted into the rail fitting hole 2.
a, 2b, 2c, etc., it is not possible to insert the rail 6 from the front of the vertically long plate body unit, and the rail 6 must be inserted in the axial direction into the rail fitting holes of the numerous parapet supports that have already been planted and fixed. In order to prevent the inner diameter from shrinking during the casting and plating processes and becoming smaller than the outer diameter of the rail, when the parapet supports are made of cast metal, However, it required a great deal of effort and expense to design the inner diameter of the cylindrical shape necessary for fitting the rail.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of inserting the upper beam and the lower support beam of the rail and the first panel into the beam fitting hole in the axial direction of the beam fitting hole. It can be fitted easily from the opening surface, and when the beam is moved slightly in the axial direction of the opening and the small protrusion of the beam is placed in the groove drilled in the beam fitting hole, the fitted beam will be removed. It can be securely installed by inserting and tightening bolts into the beam fitting holes without fear of the beams coming out of the beam fitting holes. This eliminates the hassle of drilling holes in the beam and the beam fitting hole, aligning both holes, and tightening bolts, and allows for easy construction by drilling only the beam fitting hole and tightening bolts, etc.
This has the effect of making work simple and inexpensive in both manufacturing and construction.

Another example of the rail 5 is shown in FIG. 12, but any other cross-sectional shape may be used. Although the present invention has been described above in detail with respect to the method of securing and fixing the rail to the rail securing hole, the present invention can be carried out in exactly the same manner when a protective panel is provided between the parapet supports installed in a row. For fixing the protective panel between the pillars for the handrail, for example, as shown in FIG. 13, a protective panel is prepared that combines the upper beam 15, the lower beam 16, and the standing luff, and as shown in FIG. After providing the recessed part 19 for the rear flange 3 on the back side of the support post and planting the parapet support in a predetermined position, insert the upper beam 1b and the lower beam 6 into the upper beam fitting recess 18 and the lower beam fitting recess 19. According to the method of inserting both ends and fixing with bolts (Utility Model Registration Application No. 601'7'7 of 1981), the installation position of the parapet support can be set to ±1OHM by making the bolt hole into a long hole.
i! Although construction can be carried out even if the beam is misaligned in the length direction, the installation position of the support column often becomes even more misaligned, and the bolt holes are not aligned, making construction impossible. According to the present invention, the upper beam fitting recess 18 and the lower beam fitting recess 9 are provided at predetermined positions on the back flange 3c of the parapet support, as shown in FIG. Grooves a and ''IIL are provided in the axial direction of the beam on the upper and lower surfaces, and - night temperature 15
As shown in Fig. 16, short small protrusions 8a, 8a are formed on the upper and lower surfaces of the upper beam 5 and the lower beam 16 in accordance with the planting interval of the parapet supports.
, 8b, and 8b are provided and combined with the rising summer luff to prepare a protection panel. The cross-sectional size of the upper beam 5 to the lower beam 16, the size of the small protrusions 8-a, 8a, 8b, and 8b are the cross-sectional size of the beam fitting recesses 1B and 19, and the groove '7a, respectively. Match the cross-sectional size of 7&. During construction, the balustrade columns are lined up at predetermined positions, and the small protrusions 8a and 8b of the upper beam 15 and lower beam 16 of the protection panel are aligned with the beam fitting recesses 1B and 19 of the balustrade column. Shift the upper beam δ and lower beam 6 of the protection panel into the beam fitting recesses 1B and 19, and then move the protection panel in the length direction of the beam to fit the small protrusions 8a and 8b into the recesses. Part 1B, 19
Place it in the groove 7a, and attach the stopper port 6 to the upper beam 15.
As shown in FIG. 15, the lower beam 6 is pressed and fixed in the direction of the opening of the recess or in the vertical direction. In FIG. Although the cross-sectional shape of the unit 6 is rectangular, it may be circular or any other suitable shape. FIG. 17 shows the upper beam 15 at the beam fitting concave portion 8°19 of FIG. An example is shown in which the grooves are shaped like sharp grooves in which the small protrusions 8a and 8b protruding from the lower beam 6 are accommodated. In addition, although the example of attaching the self-defense panel to the back of the balustrade column with respect to FIG. Since the invention is constructed as described above, it is possible to eliminate the trouble of inserting beams such as the upper and lower beams of rails and protection panels in the axial direction of the Ic beam that engages with the beam retaining hole, and to easily access the opening surface of the beam retaining hole. By moving the beam slightly in the axial direction of the beam and fitting the small protrusion of the beam into the beam engaging hole, the engaged beam ω (beam retaining hole) may fall off. It can be securely installed by inserting and tightening bolts into the beam retaining holes, and in the case of protective panels, the upper beam, the lower beam, and the beam fitting hole are drilled in the upper beam, lower beam, and beam fitting hole. When tightening the bolts by aligning the positions of the railings, there is no fear that the installation position of the parapet support will be incorrect and the bolts cannot be tightened. Q7 has the effect of making work simple and inexpensive in both aspects of construction.
