ット(1)と同一容量の大きさを必要とし、過大な寸法
構造が要求されるという欠点があった。そのため整列装
置(5)内の鋼片満杯時と減量時の重量差が著しく大き
くなり、整列装置(5)の機能が重量変動に応じて変化
し不安定となるだめ、重量変動等の負荷変動に応じた制
御装置を設ける等、整列装置(5)の複雑化を呈してい
た。なお図中、(3)はガイド枠、(7) 、 (8)
はチェーンホイルを示している。
