特徴は、大型薄肉陶板の平坦な裏面に接着性と力の吸収
性に富む接着剤を吹付け、この接着剤の層にその乾燥過
程の適宜段階においてくし目を入れる工程と、大型薄肉
陶板の複数枚を裏側を上にして型枠内に敷設するととも
に、適宜目地処理を施した後、その上にコンクリートを
打設する工程とを含む点にある0 すなわち、本発明は、第1の工程で、大型薄肉陶板の平
坦な裏面に接着性と力の吸収性に富む接着剤を吹付け、
かつ、この接着剤の層にくし目を入れることにより、大
型薄肉陶板とコンクリートとが一体的に結合されるとと
もに、大型薄肉陶板とコンクリートとの間にコンクリー
トの特性から生じる応力や外力を吸収する層が形成され
るようにしだものである。
