Detailed Description of the Invention The present inventors disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 58-243772 that a metal plate formed into a desired shape was placed on a surface plate, and an adhesive was applied to the surface of the metal plate. After that, we proposed a method for manufacturing a composite panel in which the same metal plate is used as a formwork, and a fiber-containing hardening plastic material is layered on the surface of the formwork and bonded together with the metal plate.

However, in the above method, the thermal elongation of the metal plate and the fiber-containing hardening plastic material are different, so when a composite panel manufactured by the above method is used for the exterior of a building, the surface receives solar heat and the thermal elongation is different. The difference causes unevenness on the surface of the metal plate, and the flatness of the surface cannot be maintained when the fiber-containing plastic material is hardened during the manufacturing process of the composite panel.

The present invention was proposed in order to solve these problems.A metal plate formed into a desired shape is placed on a surface plate, and a lath mesh is applied to the surface of the metal plate using an elastic adhesive. This relates to a method for producing a composite panel, which is characterized in that after gluing and drying, the metal plate to which the lath mesh has been bonded is used as a formwork, and a fiber-containing hardenable plastic material is layered on the surface thereof. .

In the present invention, as described above, a lath net is bonded and dried to the surface of a metal plate placed on a surface plate via an elastic adhesive,
The metal plate to which the lath mesh was bonded was used as a formwork, and the fiber-containing hardening plastic material was poured onto it, so that the plastic material bit into the mesh of the lath mesh and was bonded together. The integrated lath net is bonded to the metal plate via an elastic adhesive, so the elastic adhesive absorbs the expansion and contraction of the lath net due to the difference in thermal elongation between the lath net and the metal plate, and the lath net is integrated with the lath net. Since the force due to thermal elongation that is applied to the fiber-containing curable material is buffered, the surface of the composite panel will not experience changes such as unevenness.

Next, after pasting elastic materials (5) such as urethane foam to both ends of the metal plate (1), a fiber-containing hardening plastic material (6) such as glass fiber-containing concrete is sprayed onto the metal plate (1). Or apply. Therefore, the curable plastic material (6) does not adhere to the adhesive (3). In addition, if an adhesive is selected as the adhesive (3) that does not bond if there is moisture, since moisture is present when the curable plastic material (6) is sprayed, the plastic material (6) can be used as an adhesive. In the illustrated embodiment, as described above, a metal plate (1) to which a lath mesh (4) is bonded via an elastic adhesive (3) is used as a formwork, and the metal plate (1) is molded with fiber-filled hardening plastic. substance (6)
Since it is sprayed or applied, the plastic material (6) bites into the mesh of the lath mesh (4) and becomes integrated. The unidirectional lath net (4) is bonded to the metal plate (1) via an elastic adhesive (3) so that it can follow the difference in thermal elongation. The force applied to the plastic material (6) is buffered and does not cause deformation or strain on the surface of the composite panel manufactured by this method.
