[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Object of the Invention] First-born Kamiza and Shell Hill! In the present invention, the adhesive surface of a cloth coated with an adhesive is made to adhere to the front side of tiles arranged in a line at a predetermined interval, and the cloth is pressed from above through a cushioning material, and the back side of the tile is pressed. The present invention also relates to a tile panel unit which is formed into a panel unit by pouring a joint material into the joints, and a method for forming the same.

Traditionally, such tile panel units include unit tiles that are made by pasting a backing paper on the surface of the tiles and connecting them with adhesive. After applying cement to the surface, the unit tiles are pressed and bonded, and after the cement has hardened, the gold paper is peeled off.
In addition, the joints were filled with mortar to finish the work, but the Uni and 71-tiles before construction were easily bent in the direction in which the mount was attached, and each tile was damaged due to large contact with each other when being carried. In addition, during construction, the joints must be filled with mortar after peeling off the mount from the unit tile and finished manually, which requires skill and is very time-consuming. It requires post-treatment such as wiping off mortar attached to the tile surface with dilute hydrochloric acid, and the adhesive effect is weak at the initial stage of adhesion of each tile.
Since the adhesive itself expands or contracts, it has various drawbacks in terms of man-hours, finish, etc., such as poor adhesion to the tile surface and joints, and a significant deterioration of the aesthetic appearance.

In addition, in order to eliminate this drawback, tiles of arbitrary shapes are arranged on the adhesive surface of the adhesive film with their front sides facing each other, and a board joint material is placed in the joints between the tiles. The inventor has developed a tile panel unit in which a reinforcing material is embedded in the joint material, and a reinforcing material is embedded in the joint material to form a panel unit in which the tiles are integrated. The problem with film was that when the adhesive film was peeled off and the board joint material was removed, mortar flowed onto the tile surface, staining the tile surface and spoiling its aesthetic appearance.

■ Read on. According to the present invention, the adhesive surface of a cloth coated with an adhesive is made to adhere to the surface of the tiles arranged in a line at a predetermined interval, and the adhesive is applied from above the cloth. 7. By pressing the tile through the intervening material and placing the joint material on the back side of the tile and at the joints to form a panel unit, construction is simplified and the tile surface and joints have a smooth finish. The present invention aims to provide a tile panel unit and a method for molding the same.

In view of this point, the present invention for arranging tiles with adhesive applied thereto is made to adhere to the front side of the tiles arranged in a line at a predetermined interval, and the back side of the tiles and the joints are adhered. A tile panel unit in which a joint material is placed on the back side of the tile and a reinforcing material is buried in the joint material on the back side of the tile to integrate the tiles to form the panel unit body, and a cloth coated with an adhesive. The adhesive side of the tile is placed facing the front side of the tiles arranged at a predetermined interval, and the cloth is pressed with a cushioning material interposed from above, and a joint material is placed on the back side of the tile and the joint area. The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks by providing a method for molding a tile panel unit in a manner that allows the tile panel unit to be formed in a manner similar to that shown in FIG.

The tile panel unit according to the present invention has an adhesive surface of cloth,
If the adhesive is applied to the surface of tiles arranged at predetermined intervals and formed in an appropriate shape, and pressed from above through a cushioning material, the adhesive surface of the cloth will be applied to the lower value 1 within the joint area. is pushed out, the cloth is bent to form a recess, and the adhesive side of the cloth coated with adhesive is pressed tightly onto the tile surface, and then grout material is applied to the back side of the tile and the joint area. If the panels are cast to form a panel unit, the tension of the fabric and reinforcing material will create a strong panel unit body that will not bend due to external forces, and when constructing such a panel unit body, the fabric will be kept in the same position. By curing and solidifying the tile surface and peeling off the cloth once the floor surface and the panel unit body have been integrally cured and solidified, a finish with a smooth tile surface and joints can be obtained.
