[0006] When the construction method is used, the length of the construction period, poor handling of the putty, and the like pose problems. That is, in order to correct the above-mentioned thinness, the joint groove must be filled a plurality of times to correct it. Further, after the putty is applied, it must be left for a certain period of time in order to cure, so in order to fill the joint groove a plurality of times,
It is necessary to leave for a certain period each time one filling is performed,
Extend the construction period. Also, when applying putty at the construction site,
There is a risk that the construction site will be soiled due to the application of the putty by the application of a spatter or a spatula, and care must be taken so as not to stain the construction site each time the above-described multiple application steps are performed.

The term "groove joint" means a groove formed at an edge portion between each plate material when a plurality of plate materials for construction are made adjacent to each other. Usually, a plurality of plate materials for construction having a shape such as a tapered edge or a bevel edge are made adjacent to each other. It is a groove having a V-shaped cross section that is generated when it is pressed. Further, the cross-sectional shape substantially matching the joint groove means that the cross-sectional shape is the same as the cross-section of the joint groove, but a dimension larger than the joint groove as long as the effect of the present invention is not impaired. Or it may be a small size. For example, in the case of commercially available bevel edge construction plates made of gypsum, calcium silicate, or the like, many of them are joint grooves having an isosceles triangular cross section with a width of 6 mm and a depth of 3 mm on the surface side when laminated. Is formed, so that the joint-filled building material of the present invention, when used for a bevel edge construction plate of this shape, has substantially the same cross-sectional dimensions as an isosceles triangle having a base of 6 mm and a height of 3 mm. However, it is possible to make the joint filling building material of the present invention using a plastic and / or elastic substance. When the joint groove is filled with pressure and used, the size may be larger. Specifically, for example, when used for a construction plate having a joint groove having a width of 6 mm and a depth of 3 mm formed on the above-described surface side, the bottom side is 5 to 7 mm, and the height is 2 to 4 mm. Is preferred.

Further, in the case of a commercially available construction plate material having a tapered edge such as a tapered edge gypsum board, most of them have a width of 12 mm on the surface side when they are laminated.
Since the joint filling building material of the present invention has a taper in which a joint groove having an isosceles triangular cross section of 0 mm and a depth of 1.25 mm is formed, the joint filling building material of the present invention has a Bottom 120mm, Height 1.25m
m can be approximately the same cross-sectional dimension as an isosceles triangle, but it can be smaller than this in order to apply an adhesive, a finishing putty, etc., described later. In the case where the joint groove is formed by using a material having elasticity and being pressed to fill the joint groove, the size may be larger. Specifically, for example, in the case of using the above-mentioned construction plate material in which a joint groove having a width of 120 mm and a depth of 1.25 mm is formed on the surface side, the bottom side is 1
It is preferable that the height is 10 to 130 mm and the height is 1.0 to 1.5 mm.

Next, another example of the construction method using the joint filling construction method of the present invention using the joint filling building material of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. In the present construction example, the joint filling building material 42 having a slightly smaller cross-sectional dimension than the joint filling building material 32 in the above-described construction example shown in FIG. 3 is used, and therefore, the finishing putty 44 shown in FIG. Except that the coating was slightly thicker than the finishing putty 34 in the example, the same process as in the application example shown in FIG. 3 was performed to obtain a flat treated joint. Also in this construction example, since the joint filling building material 42 occupies most of the joint groove, the depression after hardening due to the thinning of the finishing putty 44 is small, and the effect of the present invention can be obtained.
