DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is a reversible phase line in which a front part and a lining part that express different tightening patterns, different ground colors, and different ground patterns are continuously formed on a single piece of fabric. This relates to the manufacturing method of pleated fabrics, in which a large number of cotton threads are woven at a predetermined pitch in two parallel directions, in the warp or weft direction, when weaving cloth fabrics.
The cloth fabric is gathered and dyed with this cotton thread, and in the pleated fabric that expresses pleated ventilation, the cotton thread within the length range that becomes the outer material is used as the warp, and the cotton thread within the length range that becomes the lining material as the weft. It is characterized in that the ground color within the length range of the outer material and the ground color of the lining length range 0 are dyed in different ground colors.

Further, the fabric is characterized in that a background pattern within a length range for the outer fabric and a background pattern within a length range of 0 for the lining are woven into different background patterns.

During this weaving, in the length range (5) that will become the outer material, the cotton threads (3) are stitched together with a jacquard pattern at a fine pitch to match the small pattern pattern, and the needle positions of adjacent cotton threads (3) are shifted. In the length range that will become the lining, however, the pitch is slightly larger than that of the length that will become the outer material, in accordance with the vertical stripe ventilation, and the needle movement position of all cotton threads (3) is set at the same position. Insert the cotton thread (3).

Although the case is shown in which the length range (■) for the lining is set as the latitude lines, the same effect can be obtained in reverse. The width of the cloth is woven a little wider for the horizontal tightening part, for example, about 42 CrrL, and the width of the cloth is slightly narrower for the vertical tightening part, for example, about 38 to 39 cTL.

As mentioned above, when weaving a fabric, a large number of cotton threads (3) are weaved in parallel in the warp or weft direction at a predetermined pitch, and the fabric is pleated and dyed with the cotton threads (3). In the tightened fabric that expresses ventilation, the cotton thread (3) in the length range ^ that becomes the outer material is in the warp! The cotton yarn (3) with a length range of 0, which will be the lining, is warped in the weft, and the ground color of the length range that will be the outer material is different from the ground color of the length range that will be the lining. Since it is a dyed shimehitawa blue fabric, the length range for the outer material (4) and the length range for the lining (c) are different from the shimehita pattern and ground color even though they are the same part of the shimehita textile. For example, if a coat is made from this Shihihita fabric, it will be a reversible coat that can be worn on either the front or the back. However, even though it is the same Shihihita fabric, the Shihihito pattern and ground color are completely different, so for example, Figure 3. If you wear the outer side shown in Figure 3, you will get vermilion folds with finely divided unevenness scattered around, and if you wear the lining side shown in Figure 3, you will get vertically parallel accordion-shaped red folds. Therefore, if you have two coats made of the same tight fabric, it will be the same thing.
- It is a very convenient and economical pleated fabric because it can be worn as a double coat.

In addition, the background pattern (1) with a length range (5) for the outer material and the background pattern (2) in the length range 0 for the lining are different from each other (1).
In addition to the woven pleat pattern and ground color, the two ground patterns (1) and (2) are also different, resulting in a more varied woven fabric.

In addition, the change in ventilation between the length range (4) for the outer material and the length range 0 for the lining is that the length range (4) for the outer material has a jacquard pattern with the cotton yarn (3). conduct.

For the length range 0 that will be the lining, the cotton yarn (3) is wefted using a shirttle, so for the length range 0 that will be the outer material and the length range 0 that will be the lining, the cotton thread (3) can be inserted at any pitch. , it can be easily arranged even when the hands are moving, so the background pattern (1) (

Although they are different depending on the background pattern (1) and (2), there is no difference that both are shimehita textiles. The outer length range and the lining length range are continuously woven to create a reversible fabric that can be worn separately on the front and back, making it convenient and economical.A reversible torso that can be used to cut kimonos and coats. This is a method for producing crimped textiles.
