Conventionally, such roof tiles were simply flat plates with a gentle curvature, as shown in Figure 1, and in order to be placed on the crosspiece tiles at the ridge, they were placed and fixed in place with clay. It is extremely difficult to ensure that the level of clay filling and the angle at which tiles are stacked are always uniform, and construction of such ridges requires highly skilled workers.

In addition, each of the installed Noshi tiles is held in place by the clay filled in it, but since it does not have an ice return section, after many years of use, rainwater may enter due to rainstorms and the clay part will gradually collapse. However, the overall shape of the ridge was disrupted, causing leaks, and the appearance of the building was poor.

Therefore, in 1986, a system was developed that made it possible to easily stack the upper row of tiles on top of the lower row of tiles.
The ridge tile described in Publication No. 9533 can be seen, but such ridge tiles have legs protruding downward on both sides, lower tile tiles, middle tile tiles, upper tile tiles, etc., which have a recessed part in the center ridge of the upper surface. Then, both sides of the recess are cut in a tooth shape to communicate with the sloped surfaces on both sides of each tile, and the recess can be fitted into the center position of the inner surface of each tile and the top round tile. Regarding a ridge tile in which a protrusion is provided, a groove is cut on the lower surface of the protrusion, and the upper and lower opposed protrusions are fitted into the recess to stack each tile in any number of layers, the ridge is The constituting Noshi tiles are designed so that the Noshi tiles can be successively fitted and stacked by engaging a protrusion formed on the lower surface of the upper Noshi tile with a recess formed on the surface of the lower Noshi tile. However, since the part that engages the protrusion formed on the lower surface of the upper tile is the recess formed on the surface of the lower tile, the recess and protrusion perform the latching action, but the upper and lower Rainwater that has entered between the roof tiles easily enters into this recess due to backflow, and the rainwater that has entered into this recess is not removed in the direction of flow and accumulates, making water drainage very poor and causing rain leaks. It had the following drawbacks.

In view of such drawbacks, the present invention has been proposed in a tile in which a stepped portion is formed by transporting water in the longitudinal direction at a position slightly above the center of the plane of the tile main body, and a step is formed at a position slightly above the stepped portion of the tile. Water is carried in the longitudinal direction at a predetermined width from the end, and a water carrying protrusion that is higher than the stepped portion is carried and formed to protrude parallel to the stepped portion, while the water carrying protrusion is formed on the bottom wall of the tile main body. A hanging protrusion that is higher than the water carrying protrusion is vertically disposed at a corresponding part of the water carrying protrusion, and the rear surface of the water carrying protrusion is attached to the hanging part of the hanging tile that is stacked on top. An example of the implementation of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. 1 is a roof tile that is generally rectangular in shape and gradually thickens toward the bottom. This tile main body is formed into a gently curved cross section, and on the plane of the tile main body 1, a stepped portion 2 is formed in the longitudinal direction at a position slightly above the center. Water is carried in the longitudinal direction from the upper end of the tile main body 1 at a predetermined width apart, and the protrusion 3 is carried by water so as to be continuous with the side wall of the stepped part 2 to form a protrusion. An appropriate number of latching protrusions 4, 4', . . . , which are water-carried and have a higher height than the protrusions 3, are vertically provided at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction at positions corresponding to the protrusions 3.

Next, the usage condition of the Noshi tile 1 according to the present invention will be explained.
As shown in FIG. 5, in the ridge part 7 of the tiled roof, a cross-sectional shape is formed on the upper end surface of the door 9 of the cross-tile tiles 8, 8' fixed to the uppermost part of both sloped roof surfaces. A latching protrusion 10 having substantially the same shape and formed longitudinally on the bottom wall; and the latching protrusion 10
A hanging protrusion 10 continuous to the side wall of the frame is used to hang another tile 12 provided with a thicker mounting base 11, and the bottom tip 13 is shaped like a semicircle of the tile 8, 8'. The tiles 12, 12' are hung and placed on the sill tiles so as to be in contact with the swollen sill portions 14.

In short, the present invention involves carrying water in the longitudinal direction at a position slightly above the center of the plane of the tile main body 1 to form the stepped part 2, and at a position slightly above that position, carrying water in the longitudinal direction to form the protrusion 3.
On the other hand, on the bottom wall of the tile main body 1, there are hooking protrusions 4, 4', at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction.
... were installed vertically, so that the roof tiles 12, 1 could be stably placed and hung on the crosspiece tiles 8 during the construction of the ridge section 7.
The hooking protrusions 4, 4'... on the bottom of the tile bodies 1, 1' are placed so as to be hooked onto the water carrying protrusions 17, 17' protruding from two planes, and the lower tier The hanging protrusions 4, 4' of the upper tile main body 1' are attached to the water carrying protrusions 3 of the tile main body 1.
By hanging..., the roof tile bodies 1, 1' can be placed in multiple tiers stably and in a fixed position, and therefore the construction can be done easily and in a short time even if it does not require skilled workers. The placed roof tiles 1, 1' can be held at the hooking protrusions 4゜4.
Due to the latching action of ``...'', it can withstand many years of use without shifting or falling even during rainstorms. The latching action between the latching protrusion 4' of the upper tile body 1' and the latching protrusion 4' not only strengthens the holding action of the upper tile main body 1' but also strengthens the water carrying protrusion 3.
This makes it possible to prevent rainwater from entering backflowing onto the tile main body 1 on the wall surface.

If water is carried in the longitudinal direction of the planar center of the roof tiles 1, 1' to form step portions 2, 2', the roof tiles 1, 1' to be placed on the roof tiles 12.12'. The gap 19.19' between
Even if rainwater enters the gap 20, 20' between the ridges 20 and 20', it is blocked by the water transport steps 2, 2', and does not enter the inside of the ridge 7, thereby preventing rainwater from leaking.

Further, since the water return projections 3, 3' are integrally formed to protrude in the upper longitudinal direction of the water carrying steps 2, 2', the water return effect described above can be more perfected, and the gap portions 19, 19
', 20.20' can have a draining effect that guides rainwater accumulated in the lower part, and also has a draining effect that directs rainwater accumulated in the latching protrusions 4, 4' and 4'.
... was made higher than the water return protrusion 3, so the gap 19
, 19', 20, and 20' can be further enlarged to increase the water return effect, and the top surface of the water return protrusion 3 and the bottom wall of the upper row tile main body 1' are sufficiently separated. At the very least, it is possible to prevent the rainwater that has entered the gaps 19, 19' and 20° 20' from being sucked up into the interior of the ridge 7 by capillary action between the two wall surfaces, and the practical effects thereof are enormous. .
