The present invention was invented in the process of developing a method and apparatus for automatically welding welding parts a, ~a5, which are divided into a plurality of parts (for example, 4 to 7 parts) in the same direction as shown in FIG. First, an automatic pallet welding method will be explained with reference to FIGS. 6 to 9. FIG. 6 shows the state of the surface on which welded parts a, ~, are layered and settled on the corresponding mounting bases 21-25, and the upper surface of each mounting base 21-25 is horizontal and Each one is arranged horizontally parallel to the front-rear direction. Among each stand, the stand 23 located in the center is fixed to the device main body 56, which will be described later, and the other stands 21,
22, 24, and 25 each have a structure that allows horizontal movement (running or sliding drive) in the left and right directions. 31
〜35 is a presser which presses the part a, 〜tortoise onto the bases 21〜25, and the front and rear portions of each presser 31〜35 are located at approximately the center of the lower surface, and when the tortoise is pressed, each component a, 〜 also holds the upper surface. A projection 26 is attached to the recess (not shown) for positioning the parts a, . . . on the tables 21 to 25.

Thereafter, each of the machines 21 to 25 and the parts a, to a5 are separated again at a constant interval into the state shown in FIG. At this time, the right side plate 30 attached to the right side stand 25 rises and comes into close contact with the side surface of the part, and the left side plate 36 is placed on the left side of the part a in the stereotaxic layer by the cylinder 37 provided on the stand 21. It is pressed against the surface. Next, the hot plates 38 to 41 located at intermediate positions between the parts a and ~a5 are inserted between the facing surfaces of the parts a and ~a5, and then the tables 21, 22 and 24, 25
are pushed toward the stand 23, and each part a
, ~ The welding surfaces of the tortoises are simultaneously pressed against the hot plates 38 to 41. As a result, a certain portion of the deposited surface is heated and melted until it reaches the welding state necessary for welding. At this time, in order to prevent the welding surface from melting more than necessary, two upper and lower parts are placed at appropriate positions on the tops of the hot plates 38 to 41 and on the pressers 31 to 35 and between each 21 to 25.
Contact stops (all shown in the description of the device) are provided. Also, at this time, the hot plates 38, 39
and 40, 41 are also interlocked with the tables 21, 22 and 24, 25 in the same direction. When the welding surfaces are melted in the above operation, the tables 21, 22, 24, 25 and the hot plates 39 to 41 are separated in the opposite direction, and the hot plates 38 to 41 are separated.

As a result of the above-described welding, a bulge of flesh generally occurs on the upper and lower surfaces of each welded portion, and it is therefore necessary to correct this bulge and make it flat. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 9, correction odors 42 provided at the lower ends of the hot plates 38 to 41 are pressed against each other through gaps of a certain size provided between the respective pressers 31 to 35 to form a flat surface. Also, a similar correction tool 43 is pressed against the bottom surface of the product to correct the swelling of the meat. Z As shown in FIGS. 11 and 12, this shaving tool 42 includes a trowel 83 whose end face forms a horizontal plane along the sanding part, and a second trowel 83 that is fixed close to the trowel and circulates cooling water inside the trowel 83. A cooling mechanism consisting of heavy cooling pipes 81 and 82 is provided, and the modified surface is finished into a flat Z surface by a lever 83 and cooled at the same time.
Other correction smells 43 also have a similar structure. The product that has been settled and the upper and lower surfaces have been corrected as described above is cooled until the welded part has stable strength.
35 etc. are loosened or released, the right side plate 30 is lowered to close the right side of the product, and the cylinder 37 pushes out the product from the opening and releases it.

This is because if the cylinder drive is performed accurately according to the set values, it is thought that there will be relatively few inadvertent contacts of the welding surfaces. However, when each frame 51 to 55 has a certain degree of freedom to run and move, for example, in the case of a mechanism in which each frame is connected by a pantograph-like link or connected by a guide pin and made to run and move by one cylinder, etc. The mechanism of the adjuster 77 as described above or a mechanism replacing it is always essential. 1st

Incidentally, although not particularly shown, the repairing tool 43 on the lower surface of the part welded has the same structural function as the above-mentioned correction odor 42, and each correction odor has a length that is pressed over the entire length of the settling part. Needless to say.

At the same time, although in the illustrated embodiment the drive devices for the various parts are mostly cylinders, they do not have to be cylinders in particular, and other drive devices can be used, or the individual drives of the hot plates can be combined into a single interlocking system. It may also be driven. As a result of the above-described configuration of the welded part heating and repairing device of the present invention, it is possible to easily mold even a large pallet with a relatively complicated internal structure using small parts, and to produce high-strength, high-precision pallets at low cost. This is the main part of a fully automatic pallet dropping device and makes it possible to realize this.

In particular, during automatic welding of synthetic resin pallets, it enables uniform and simultaneous melting of many parts welding surfaces, and after welding, it continuously automates the correction of bulges on the upper and lower surfaces of the welding part, and automatically fixes this part. Since it is cooled, it has a good cooling effect and is extremely efficient compared to the conventional method.

1 One completed product is divided and molded into three or more parts in advance, and the welded parts placed on the top are pressed together to form an integrated product by welding the welded surfaces of these welded parts. In a welding device that has a plurality of mounts in which at least two or more parts to be welded can move horizontally in the same direction, and a hot plate that moves up and down between the mounts to melt the welding surfaces of each welded part, the mounts are One mounting base is attached to a fixed frame, and the other multiple mounting bases are attached to a movable frame that moves horizontally from left and right around the fixed mounting base, and the hot plate is linked in the same direction as the horizontally moving mounting base. At the same time, it is installed above the mounting base so that it can be raised and lowered, and furthermore, a cooling pipe for circulating the refrigerant is interposed at the lower end of the hot plate, and a surface correction tool consisting of a trowel with the lower end as a horizontal end surface is attached, and the above-mentioned mounting A fixing tool of the same shape as the surface fixing tool is installed below the table so that it can be raised and lowered freely, and each opposing surface of the adjacent mounting frame is provided with a fixing tool that can be pressed during welding to prevent careless welding surfaces. A welding heating and correction device for a welding device for synthetic resin products, which is equipped with a spacing holding mechanism to prevent contact, and a contact stopper to prevent the spacing between each mounting base from narrowing below a certain dimension.
