Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、密閉室を強制的に減圧し、かつ摩擦熱を発生
させて室内を加熱すると共に外部より吸入される外気に
より収納物の乾燥を急速に促進せしめる乾燥装置に係る
もので、周壁を断熱材で保熱密閉した乾燥室の天井から
室内空気を強制的に吸引排出し、密閉室内を減圧せしめ
て、被乾燥物の遊離水分と共にその含有水をも分離発散
せしめると同時に、内底から通気土を調整しながら導入
される外気により含有水分の遊離性を更に高めて短時間
に乾燥することを特徴とする減圧乾燥袋直にかかるもの
である。
今本発明の一実施例を図によって説明すると、１は上下
周壁を断熱材で保熱密閉した乾燥室で、前面両開きの扉
体２，２となし、天井中央に設けた吸引口３に排気減圧
と摩擦熱を発生する強制吸引発熱装置４を設け、該乾燥
室１の内底には、前面に吸気口５を関口した吸気導入路
６を設け、その吸気導管７の先端にハンドル８を室前面
に突出せしめた調節ノズル９を設けたものである。
１０は制御板、１１はのぞき窓を示した。
即ち、被乾燥物を乾燥室１に収納した後、左右の扉体２
，２を閉止し、吸込み通風機等の強制吸引発熱装置４を
稼動すれば空気は強制的に排出されて室１内は所望の一
定減圧状態まで減圧されて平衡を保ち、その作用で室内
の被乾燥物の含有水分が遊離性を高められ分離発散され
る。
これと同時に強制吸引発熱装置４の摩擦熱発生作用によ
り室１内は次第に温度が上昇し始め、より乾燥が促進さ
れる。そして、下部のハンドル８を操作して調節ノズル
９を適宜調節して吸気導入路６を経て必要童の空気を吸
引すれば吸引された空気は室内を通気して被乾燥物の遊
離性水分の発散を促がされて乾燥が進行する。しかも、
室１はその上下周壁が断熱構造で構成されているので温
度が保持されて含有水分の遊離性を著しく高める。
従って被乾燥物は遊離水分や含有水分が効果的に分離発
散され、湿分は天井の強制吸引発熱装置４から室１外に
排出される。
以上の如く被乾燥物は極めて短時間能率的に、且自然乾
燥に最も近い状態で処理され、特に熱源を用いずとも摩
擦熱が発生し、これが長時間保持されて減圧作用と共に
熱乾燥作用が相乗されて乾燥効果が高められる。
また被乾燥物の種類に応じて吸気導入路８内にヒーター
を取設することもでき「 この場合でも燃料鷺は従来の
１び分の１と僅少に留めることができる。従って、例え
ば椎茸、姿煙草、昆布等の農水産物を始め、衣類の乾燥
等その応力範囲は極めて広く、省エネルギーに役立つな
どの効果を得たものである。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. １ 前面に前開きの扉体を有し上下周壁を保熱密閉した
    乾燥室と該室の天井中央に設けた室内空気を外部に強制
    吸引し、かつ摩擦熱を発生して室内の温度を上昇できる
    強制吸引発熱装置と、外気を前記室内に導入できる吸気
    導入路と、該吸気導入路より導入される外気の通気量を
    室外に設けたハンドルにより調整できる前記室の下部中
    央に設けた調節ノズルとよりなる減圧乾燥装置。
