CONSTITUTION:A spindle 7, provided at its lower end with a grinding cutter 6 for machining a beveling part for edge preparation, is elevatably attached to a machining device body 3, and is provided at the upper end of the spindle 7 with a holding tool 8, which rotatably holds the level position of the spindle 7. Meanwhile, a profiling shaft 12, provided at its lower part with a profiling roller 9, is located in parallel to the spindle 7, and energization is effected so that the profiling shaft 12 is pressed against the upper surface of a material 2 to be machined by means of an air cylinder 13, located in the middle of the profiling shaft, with the aid of the machining device body 3.
