Claims (4)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）　　タングステン、モリブデン、ニクロム等の高
    融点金属または黒鉛、炭化珪素等の無機質材料で発熱体
    を形成し、それをアルミナ、窒化珪素等のセラミック体
    に内蔵配置して、気体、液体等流体の配管経路中にヒー
    タとして組込むよう構成したことを特徴とする管路ヒー
    タ。
  2. （２）　　上記セラミック体が、円筒形で径内に流体を
    通過するよう形成されているところの実用新案登録請求
    の範囲第１項記載の管路ヒータ。
  3. （３）上記セラミック体が、円板または円柱状で流体の
    流路となる貫通孔を複数持っているところの実用新案登
    録請求の範囲第１項記載の管路ヒータ。
  4. （４）上記発熱体を内蔵したセラミック体が複数配列さ
    れているところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１〜３項記
    載の管路ヒータ。
